The vibe of the place was very welcoming and the interior / design was super cool! Loved the bar concept and the rooftop with pool! The staff gifted me a birthday surprise which was so sweet — very attentive :)

Location, although set back from the hustle and bustle and it was peaceful it would be bee nice to have a little closer to the main attractions

Excellent location, really helpful staff, gorgeous room and rooftop pool. We’ve been to Lisbon a few times so wanted somewhere we could happily hang around in (in between meals out), and Browns Avenue was absolutely perfect.

Don’t book the hotel if want a swimming pool but more of a wallowing pool. Another honesty bar by the pool and rooftop which was great for a city view and to sunbathe.

Great staff and really well laid out and maintained hotel. Beautiful breakfasts that were amazing and served by friendly helpful staff. Amazing cocktails from the bar. The library was a great place to sit and loved the honesty bar.

There are works going on next door (which we were notified of prior to our arrival). As a result, some noise can be heard in and around the hotel, but appreciate there's nothing the hotel can do about that and to be expected as in the city.l

Only very minor things! There were only 3 coffee pods a day - it would have been nice to have 4 as there were two of us. A table next to the bath to put products on or a towel rack next to it would have been handy. There are construction works next door which started early so it was a bit noisy but this is not the hotel's fault. We were disappointed the weather was bad & we could use the pool as it is a real haven up there!

LOVED this hotel so much! We were upgraded to a suite as we were celebrating our engagement, which was a lovely gesture. The room was spacious with lots of cool design features including a large free standing bath, comfy bed with stylish throw and a big free standing mirror. We loved the smeg fridge and design books which gave the room a unique contemporary feel. The restaurant is fabulous! We loved the plush green seats contrasting orange flower arrangements and the cocktails were delish! I loved the pear & apple cocktails in particular and the staff were so friendly & attentive. The hotel is very centrally located so everything is in walking distance.

Restaurant food was ok.

Gorgeous property, exceptionally attentive and amicable staff. The room was very comfortable, cozy and soundproof. There was a construction site nearby but we didn’t hear a thing.

The one thing I didn't like, which is completely out of the hotel's control, was the noisy building work going on next door.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff, the room, the restaurant, the roof terrace are all extremely good. One word of caution - they have Marshall bluetooth speakers in the rooms. They are extremely good, and the first thing I did on returning home was to order one!

The hotel is really modern, the staff super friendly and attentive. The room, while a bit small, was possibly one of the cutest ones I've ever stayed in. The restaurant is also great!

The location, room and staff were exceptional. Great location - we walked everywhere from the hotel. The restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our free welcome drinks but didn't eat breakfast there as it was over priced and we wanted to try some local alternatives. The library / honesty var was really cool. It wasn't quite warm enough for a swim in the rooftop pool but that was a lovely spot. I can imagine it being crowded in summer. Shame they didn't have a hot tub up there to soak our bodies after walking all day. The room was great and free bubbly (for our anniversary) and red wine was so nice. Staff couldn't have been friendlier.
