Small issue with an o er charge that should have just been refunded ended up being stressful when it was not necessary. Refund was given in the end but was not a good end to the stay.

Great location - could walk every where. Was surprised how quiet the room was at night. Bed very comfortable. Great bar opened late. Staff very helpful and kind. Good value for the money considering it is Lisbon. There are several Sana Hotels this one was Sana Capitol. Check it out

I'm usually not a breakfast typ to I really liked this one. The rooms are spacious and the personal super friendly and go out of their way to help you. It a a bit of walking distance from the city center but there are a lot of really nice cafes and restaurant next door and you are not in the clutter of it all. I can really recommend it.

Little bit of dirty carpet in the room. Glass doors to wc and bathroom. We were unlucky because in nearby Eduardo park there was a celebration event of the local football championship so we could not sleep in the night (fireworks and loud people until 4am. in streets around the hotel), the other night was ok, so it seems that usually it is calm area, if here is not some event in Eduardo park.

Kind and helpful staff, very good breakfast for a 3*** hotel, nice clean bathroom, nice rooms, free parking (limited places, otherwise you need to park in the garage for 25 EUR per night). Good location for walking to the historical center.

The room cleaning is only done when you hang out a sign, which is a little annoying and probably a hangover from C19 days. IMO if we are staying at a Hotel it should be the norm to clean the room eat day, and only hang something on the door if you do not want it cleaned - not the other way around. I booked a larger room at a bigger expense. The coffee pods and fresh water was on replaced consistently. During my 9 day stay, at least 3-4 days no one replaced the coffee pods or brough fresh water. That is a little dissappointing given the room price.

Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of hot and cold options, plus fruit and some cereals. The room was very comfortable and the shower in the bath was also very good with plenty of hot water.

The hotel rooms have tiny windows which I found claustrophobic. I asked to move and was given a room with a normal window on a lower floor. Problem was this window opened onto a staircase where people stopped to smoke...and worse, so it was too smelly to leave open, but at least it was light!

Noisy during the night, every night .... think it was dustbin men but the windows are not very soundproofed.

The staff are amazing particularly the ones working in the breakfast dining area. Always clearing tables and keeping fresh supplies coming out of the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble. Also the chambermaids were very polite and friendly and cleaned our room every day spotlessly. The beds are firm and super comfy. The shower is great with plenty of hot water.

Noise outside the hotel during the night. Especially on our last night (Friday-Saturday) around 12am you could hear quite big noises like big machines and the feeling that items were being loaded or unloaded, there must be something close to the hotel causing that. I was thinking our daughter will wake up at some point during the night.. the balcony doors even when closed, you have the feeling they are open. We had a King suite but not worth the money spent at all I would say. No kettle in the room, only coffee machine. The staff were kind to offer one when I asked as I needed hot water supply for baby formula. Breakfast was good but no variety at all, 3 days in a row we had exactly the same food for breakfast. If I paid less for it, it would have been ok probably. But for the money spent I think it’s not good enough.

Excellent location that could be simply reached by metro from Airport. It is a very good base for exploring Lisbon. The staff at SANA Capitol Hotel were helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was very comfortable with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding in quality with a diversity of food. The tables were cleared and clean.
