Perfect location in Furnas, you can walk everywhere. The flat was clean, bed really confortable. Perfect place!

Could have done with some more info on arrival - location of supermarkets etc. More supplies in the apartment e.g. tea, coffee etc.

The location was great, key pad entry made it easy to come and go. Only a 5 minute walk to hot pools. Cafés, supermarkets close by. The apartment was comfortable and spacious.

The location was perfect! centrally located and was on-street parking. The apartment was very well equipped and communications with the host were great.

One small detail: The kitchen needs a cutting board but is otherwise well equipped. You can hear people upstairs quite clearly. Not a problem during our stay but if you're sensitive you could be bothered by this.

Bit difficult to get by car because there was a lot if blocked roads in the city but got some help in the touristinformation. Everything in the house was great!!

The place is lovely. We stayed in the ground level apartment, which comes with it’s own little terrace, equipped with a grill, table, chairs etc. The decor and furnishing are really nice, you can see the care and thought that was put into this. The location was also very good for us, as we wanted to go to Terra Nostra Park and it’s only a 3mins walk from the accommodation to the park. In addition, the hosts provide brown towels that are good for the pool in the Terra Nostra Park, as you could stain light-colored towels from the minerals in the water. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again if we return to Furnas.

Bathroom with poor water extraction in the shower so gets full of water . Wc with no windows so the air extraction is stressfull and very noisy. Very early check-out. 10 AM should be at 12pm

It is indeed very humid in the apartment, you can see it on the walls in the kitchen mainly, you can also smell it in the air. I suppose it's due to location, the hot springs underneath. I would not recommend to stay here for longer, but for a couple of days it was ok, you get used to the specific smell easily. In general it was a good apartment, and would stay here again.

Spacious and nicely furnished apartment. It has a great location in the Furnas center, walking distance to shops or restaurants. Parking is sometimes challenging, but we were always able to find a spot. Comfy bed.

-ant infestation in the kitchen -kitchen was poorly stocked (2 coffee cups for 3 day stay, no pepper, broken wine opener) -very loud/broken? bathroom vent -host not as responsive as we’ve seen at other booking locations we’ve stayed at in ponta delgata and pico.

The appartement has a damp problem, the walls are showing dampstains. It smells and there are NO windows that can open!! Because of the way the blinds are placed in front of the window, the windows can not be opend anymore. We asked if the problem could be fixed (was an easy fix) but this was refused.

Faucets were difficult to control (they would either go full flow or no-flow, also either very hot or completely cold). Only two teacups. Some shabby items, like the lid on the trash can wasn't attached to it as it used to be. The place was described as having parking, but it's just street parking or some free lot some distance away. Why should we be bothered to throw away trash at the end of our stay? isn't the place cleaned right after?

The location is very close to the Terra Nostra entrance. The room is a good size. Patio. Entry code: no need to worry about the keys.
