As cute as in the photos. It was in a great location. (We did pass by it the first time.) We left our car in the parking lot and everything was 5-10 min walk. Very quiet, even the room by the street. Very comfortable beds- high quality. Attentive host. It was very hot during the day while we were there but we didn’t need the AC. The apt stayed cool.

This nicely renovated apartment is in an old building (as expected) and the ensuite bathroom builds up a nasty odor when doors to the bathroom are closed. Keep the doors open.

Location and layout of the apartment was excellent for our short stay of one night. Easy check-in and the owner's quick response was welcomed.

We were completely happy with our experience. We didn’t have a car and easily found the home using a taxi/uber from the train station. We even walked the 15 minutes to the train station on the way out.

The location and comfort of this home was wonderful. The host was accommodating and everything was well taken care of. Having the courtyard was wonderful ans we sat out there for coffee in the morning. All the main historical sites were walkable and since we didn’t have a car, we used a taxi. It was easy to get to from the train station.

There was no oven. Also My daughter’s cot was not prepared when we arrived (but it was taken care of later) and there was no pillow for her. There was also some previous guest’s hair in the shower.

The property is very nice and well maintained, with great outdoor space too. Maria was incredibly quick responding to our questions and generously allowed us to leave bags in the morning before we checked in. I had mentioned it was our anniversary and we had been to Evora 30 years prior, and she left a nice bottle of wine for us as an anniversary gift. I would stay again and recommend to any of my friends.

Location was in the center of Evora with very easy access to everything, including many ancient sites and restaurants. The 3-bedroom house was very unique and charming. The hostess worked with us on baggage storage because of our bus schedule. All-in-all, a great place to stay for 5 people.

Very compact indoor dining space (we didn't need it thanks to good weather) No oven (but has microwave and hob) - just be aware in advance. Noisy upper neighbours...

This is a very special property in the ancient heart of Evora. Historic area but beautifully renovated and modernised cottage. Lovely decor with lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable for family of 5. Great showers/bathrooms. Kitchenette for limited food preparation, but thoughtfully equipped with good quality crockery. Extras supplied - soap, coffee pods, salt and vinegar, placemats -appreciated. Lovely patio dining table al fresco in picturesque courtyard. Kids loved the TV viewing available. Very responsive and super helpful host. A tip about the cork factory on our departure (Corticarte) turned out to be one of the highlights of our Portugal trip.

Delightful cottage in a great location. Our host Maria was very responsive and our 4 night stay was perfect after a long flight from Australia. Evora is a treasure to discover with little restaurants and bars dotted around the town.

the property is a garden apartment with very little sunlight. it was clean and comfortable for a short stay but the kitchen area had little storage and the living room wouldn’t be and drawers were a little tight for a longer stay.

Wonderful casa in a beautiful town. Everything was close by..points of interest, restaurants, parking. We were stunned when we walked in from the courtyard to each and every room. The place could be in a design magazine. Simple yet elegant, accommodations were comfortable, and relaxing.great shower, spacious bathrooms. We wished we stayed longer than 1 night/day. Evora is magical. At home now, but we are still talking about this stay. Oh, go to Mementos restaurant..a wonderful experience with Jorge and staff creating a one of a kind dining experience. .
