Nothing not to like.

The cabin was nice and spacious, including a small kitchen. The swimming pool was nice & there was an amazing beach directly across the road. The host was very nice & accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately there wasn't a nearby shop and a lot of choices for food. I'd recommend hiring a car for sure. Best week! Thank you so much.

We came over for my mums 50th birthday and had the most relaxing week! The landlord was super helpful and kind and went out his way to make us comfortable. The apartment was spacious and has an amazing big balcony. Below the apartment you can find a cupboard with extra towels, bedding, toilet rolls, etc., which was beneficial and easily accessible.

It rained a bit during our stay (I know its a rare event), but the porch is not well protected from the rain and everything was a bit wet afterwards.

Our stay at Casa Castor was just perfect, The cabin was really clean and just a perfect match for our needs. It was special to get to meet the other guests, and the kids all playing together in the swimming pool.

We stayed in the rooftop studio penthouse. You are right in front of the beach with beautiful views in a very small and quiet village. The perfect place to relax. Also the host Jose is a fantastic guy, he was super available and responded fast to all of our questions. We will stay in this little slice of heaven on earth again and again in a heartbeat💚

It's an amazing place to relax and enjoy the nature and the silence that surrounds the place. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and the terrace offers an amazing experience. The studio has everything you need to enjoy your time there. The swimming pool is small but enough to allow us to refresh and with salted water, it avoids using unhealthy products. Cacela Velha is very near and within a short walking distance, fully recommended.

We were put in a annex room that generically was nice, but not matching the pictures you see when booking. Aditional unpleasent situation is that there is no real door for the toillet, we were a recently engageed couple so you can take your conclusions.

All good. If anything can be said, is that there is only one restaurant walking distance, but that is also the reason for this quietness. Get your car and you have everything close by.

Very nice and confortable. Location is wonderful at the "Ria Formosa". To reach the ocean you just need to walk to the beach, at low tide, or take a boat (paid), at high tide. You have a small pool in the back. There is a nice kitchenette in the apartment where you can prepare your own meals. Owner is really nice and helpful!

Unfortunately during cold rainy weather the walls in the two bedrooms were soaking wet which made the beds cold and damp. Old Portuguese walls tend to be damp in wet weather so there's not much can be done about it I think.

Amazing location and a fireplace for cold nights in winter. José provided an exceptional level of hosting. Lots of space and fabulous views from balcony. Lovely pool in a pretty back garden easily accessed.

Pool pump is under the hut. Only a problem if you in want a nap during the day.

This cabana is small but super well laid out. For one it is perfect, for two you better be in love.

The kitchen just lacked a couple small things like a vegetable peeler & a drying rack for dishes.

The terrace & view from the studio apartment are amazing! It was so nice to watch the sun rise & set from there. José was also an excellent host.

Such a warm welcome was great. The climb up the stairs was worth it for the view! It was amazing. I could have sat watching it for hours, the clam fishermen at work and the birds. (Actually, I did!) Fabrica is a quiet, small place away from it all but close enough to be convenient. I loved the apartment and slept with the glass doors across without blinds, which was lovely. I felt so happy there I was reluctant to leave! I loved the hundreds of fiddler crabs on the beach, who disappeared into there holes as soon as they felt disturbance.

Even though it is a "beach house", the bathroom was a little "rustic", because the shower wets almost all the floor, and it is also a little small. The fact that the room/apartment is all open to the lovely varanda, and closed at night with blinds wouldn't be nice if it's raining, luckily we had mostly good weather.

The location and the wonderful view are the main attraction of this apartment, tastefully decorated and equipped with kitchen essentials. José, the host, was always available to answer our questions.

Advertisement pictures are more positive than reality. This was not the view. wooden cabin in backyard. For beach you have to drive several km. it’s not possible to walk like the picture suggests. For this price without breakfast is not in balance.
