We got places in a handicapped room that was quite noisy because it was in front of the elevators but the staff was super accommodating and changed our room the next day

Recommend this hotel if what you are looking for is a great location with a spa and outdoor and indoor pool. The staff is super friendly.

Our stay at Vignette Collection - Casa da Companhia hotel was fantastic! It is a very nice, boutique hotel in a very convenient location at Porto. We were particularly impressed with the personnel. It so happened that my wife and I lost our documents and personal belongings while traveling to the city of Porto. The hotel’s personnel was extremely supportive in this difficult situation; with their help we ultimately found and returned everything. Special thanks to Claudia for her tremendous help!

Seriously good hotel. Layout is a bit quirky as the building is over 400 years old but that adds to the charm. Breakfast not to be missed fabulous choices and attentive staff. Step out side the front door and the adereline of porto is right there. HVAC is all high tech, if you are over a certain age might want to bring a grandchild to figure it out. Highly recommended

It's a really lovely hotel - with character yet modern. Is on one of the main central streets and almost everything you may want to do in Porto is within a 10-15 min walking distance from here. Despite being on a busy street, it's actually very peaceful and quiet in the rooms. The staff however were just exceptional - nothing was too much, they were really friendly and helpful with plenty of suggestions and tips on what to do and what to see around Porto. Was our favourite stay in a 2 week trip in Portugal.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. On one occasion they didn't clean our room but we did get a late start that day so it was partially our fault. I have nothing to complain about.

The service was amazing and the experience was top notch. From the breakfast, to the concierge, to the staff, to the checkout process, I could not have been any happier. I have travelled all over the world and this hotel provided me with one of the most exceptional experiences I have ever had. I also am generally really lazy when it comes to leaving reviews but I felt it necessary to give this hotel the recognition that it deserves. 10 our to 10 all the way. I would stay there again without hesitation and will recommend it to anyone that asks.

Staff at the breakfast buffet were not on the ball, items were missed and we had to ask a nu,ber of times for coffees butter etc

I loved both pools which were very refreshing after a day of walking round Porto. The staff were wonderful, especially at reception, good selection of food at the breakfast buffet.

The only dislike was that our room did not have a door to the bathroom /changing area, which would have been nice for added privacy

Loved the character of the building and the history behind it. Wonderful service throughout our stay especially from reception. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a lovely on offer.

Unfortunately our first room that was assigned for us with the twin beds and gorgeous small garden view (Room 207) had an ant invasion! we called the receptionist immediately and they replaced our room but it seems like it's not the first time these little visitors did visit the hotel. Other than that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Location was perfect. Very friendly staff and breakfast was good. The room was specious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big and full of essential supplies. Very quiet at night. The Sauna and the indoor swimming pool were a good way to relax after exploring the city!

Breakfast, location and staff were all exceptional! Really helped with many questions, airplane tickets, taxi etc. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Porto. I am only sorry we did not have enough time to use the spa.

This is a memorable place to stay! Fabulous location - I recommend a cathedral view room! We loved the outdoor and indoor pools, the gym, sauna etc. Service was fantastic and staff so helpful. Awesome breakfast too!

I was really surprised on the facilities of the hotel. It's a pity I have to leave so early and was not able to enjoy the all opportunities of the hotel. SPA area (and especially swimming pool) was just perfect! I also get a free room update and birthday greetings from the hotel (sparkling wine and a cake in the room), which was so sweet! I will definitely return here again!
