- it's needed to make a little retouch of some details, because of humidity - road - even if the access is public not private (i don't know), it's hard and scary for city low suspension cars to get damaged or stucked, please put some stones in huge wholes at the road - view from the bath - it didn't bother us much, because we used it in the evening, but it could be a bit disappointing

The road to the property could use some work!

The access road is not paved for the last km. The bed mattress is a little worn out, and there are some maintenance repairs needed inside the rooms and in the pool area. The construction site take some of the beauty, but it is a minor but needed inconvenience!

The breakfast was excecional, prepared by our host Teresa. The location is great with a fantastic view and very close to the vila of Unhais da Serra. Very good place to rest, to have a romantic weekend, or just to have fun with friends and family. We will return for sure!! ;)

A beautiful rustic property with a large communal living space and kitchen. It is perfectly located to explore the national park and the views were amazing. We were lucky enough to be the only ones staying there are the time so enjoyed the large living space and kitchen for dinner.

The road to the property is very rocky, to put it softly. Something must be done to it. The road services should see to it without delay.

The views are spectacular! Having breakfast outside looking at the mountains is just an amazing and unforgettable experience! Close to the restaurants and cafes of the town Unhais da Serra. The ground floor room with the terrace is amazing for trips with the baby. We put the baby to her afternoon nap and were able to chill with a glass of wine, while listening to what's going on in the room. Very comfortable stay with the toddler in this room with the terrace. Beautiful pool. The owner is very kind and sweet. We will be returning.

Very beautiful modern specious house with extremely atmospheric landscape around. Imagine taking bath while drinking your favorite wine and looking through wilderness! Everything here is perfect.

The house doesn't provide lunch nor dinner, and considering its location, it might be difficult for people to find food for the day. Better organize well your trip in advance. The access road to reach the house is a bit tricky so I advice people to arrive for check-in before the sunset and if possible with a reliable car (the last 800m are sportive with rocks and holes on the ground but we made it with our little ford fiesta ;)

The house is absolutely charming, very well equipped and literally in the middle of nowhere (mountains of Unhais da Serra). The view from the goat room is amazing. Teresa is very thoughtful and even proposed a vegan breakfast (not included in the price). There is a nice hiking tour only a few minutes away from the house. We were very lucky to enjoy a quiet and peaceful sunset and sunrise as we had the house for ourselves the first night but if you have other guests in the house, the atmosphere might be very different and less intimate.

Amazing!!!!! All the house is plus, plus clean ! the decoration is well done, the view is incredible, the atmosphere is so peacefull , and in the kitchen everything is provide to cook , make chic table , and nothing is missing !! And the most incredible is the host , very sweet and present for all needs … If i could i will put 20/10 ….

The last few hundred metres of the road are not the best, so be careful if you have a really low, sporty car.

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for one night and we fell in love with the place. The views of the mountain are stunning. The house is really cozy and inviting, especially with the fireplace on during the cold winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, spices, tea, coffee and anything you may need. We stayed in the suite with the bathtub and everything was perfect, I fully recommend:)

Had some issues with the self check in (didn't receive the instructions), but I'm pretty sure it was something punctual.

Beautiful building and suite, with an amazing decoration. the building also has a beautiful kitchen and living room that the guests share. Great view of the small city and mountains on the surroundings (including sheeps on a neighbor property!).

Nothing! If I were going to pick holes I'd say pool could have been cleaner / heated - but that's picking holes. Will hopefully be back :)

Probably the most beautiful modern-style guest house I've stayed in in the world, with an out of this world breakfast. I was honestly blown away. My only disappointment was coming too late in the day to enjoy any sun on the roof - and pool wasn't heated :( but. would absolutely stay again. Recommendation for restaurant was also fantastic - ate like a king and instantly regretted having to walk back up the hill - but all with a smile on my face.

What a lovely place with an amazing view! The rooms are specious and beautifully designed, there is a gorgeous shared kitchen area and the outside is just amazing, with the best view and even a swimming pool on the roof. We're greatly looking forward to return here!

Expect an off-road experience on the access road to the property - regular cars will make it when driving carefully, but if your car has a lowered, sporty suspension you might get stuck. It's mountains, after all!

The location is stunning. Really tranquil environment on a side of the town, with nice mountain views and still relatively close to the town and other attractions in the region. The decor and design is worth a remark, it does stand out and creates that boutique design hotel type of feel. Really unique place.

is is a house with 5 rooms. we had 2 rooms and wanted to rest and have a quiet weekend. the other 4 rooms were a loud group with children. at midnight they were very loud and there were nobody to tell them to quiet down. it is NOT a hotel and it should be rented as a whole house, not rooms. we will not be coming back.

We booked the suite and the radiatior was very noisy throughout the night even when switched off. Our sleep could have been better and we weren’t offered another room even though the property was empty when we stayed.
