Check-in instructions are shared on an external website, if you miss those it's impossible to check-in, we had to ask for help from a passer-by who was staying at the same place, as nobody picked up the phone to help us. We ended up helping other guests who were also struggling. Beds are short, I'd you're over 180cm you will struggle to fit. Room was missing shower gel and/or shampoo. Walls between rooms are paper thin, no sound proofing whatsoever.

Facilites extremely clean. Perfect location, really good value for money.

Location superb; breakfast satisfactory. However, we did not pre-book breakfast. Booking.com did not give us an option during our booking. Don’t know why it’s not included when booking as only need to add a few dollars more to the booking cost, and have it included which then obviates the necessity of making arrangements after checking in.

Checking in online was a pain for us as we try to do this outside the property but had to ring for Wi-Fi code before we could get in. Annoying when you have been traveling and you just want to relax.

Room so small no place to put our bags. Shower curtain clings to you during shower.

Totally quiet at night. Obidos is empty at night. Choose to stay a night or two. We were in building by the main gate.

There was nothing not to like, except that the room is a bit small, but everything else makes up for that.

The B&B is kept in the time period of the town. It is kept very clean and the breakfast was very good for the price of 5 euros. It included bread, buns, croissants, cheese, meats, jam, honey, coffee, tea and cakes. The property is also right in the tourist zone, but far enough away to be quiet. Check in was easy.

We had indicated the time we were arriving, but we did not receive entry instructions in advance and there was no one to meet us. (Eventually resolved with phone calls) We decided to extend our stay but there was no simple way to find out if this was possible (we tried both the earlier phone numbers with no result, eventually the cleaner rang his boss to help us)

The location was great in the heart of beautiful Obidos. The building is filled with character and the room was very comfortable.

Beds sizes might be an issue for tall or bigger bodies

Overwhelming sensation of a travel to the past. We loved all details of the place. The breakfast it's fantastic and Nuno a real darling that took care of all guests with such care and speaking every different language and served us not only breakfast to perfection as he was very thoughtful and available to every thing else needed. We went around every possible corner of the town and we can't express enough how amazing it is.

This hotel deserves only one grade - 10, as most cute little hotel I ever stayed. Obviously, its location means a lot, but hotel itself is super nice, clean, staff is friendly. One recommendation: don't order breakfast in hotel, rather have it at Pastelaria d'Avó Adélia around the corner.

Very tasteful with minimal space, room just as photos on booking. Comfortable bed and good pillows, which is hard to come by in many Portugal accomodations. . Great staff, friendly, hard working, and helpful. Very clean.

The staff are very helpful when I was have some challenges first with the checkin online and then with finding the parking. The room was small but very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable with appropriate sleeping pillows.
