This has been my favorite accommodation on the Camino so far. Horacio is a very great host! He made me feel very welcome, offered any help he could give after a long day on the Camino. He is really happy to be hosting pilgrims and it felt a bit like home away from home for one night. I loved it there.

In reviews people complained about spiral staircase - for me if you can walk the Camino, you can manage a spiral staircase. We liked everything

Horacio himself was who we liked the most of our experience. Our friends who were here last year recommended him and they were right- most gracious host ever. Drove us to a restaurant, gave us great directions and treated us to a glass of wine upon arrival. Loved cooling our feet off in his new pool

Circular stairs to get to the bathroom.

Very kind and welcoming owner who goes out of his way to ensure his guests are taken care of. He ordered a delicious dinner for us from a local restaurant and made a wonderful breakfast the following morning. Such a great and pleasant experience.

We loved it. The rooms are up a spiral staircase which is a bit steep and would be difficult for people with mobility issues.

This is a lovely house. Built with love by the hosts father, it is a lovely space to rest and rejuvenate. The host, Horatio welcomed us with home made Quince jam as he took all our mandatory details. There is a small pool which was clean and clear and beautiful to relax weary muscles and so a few strokes. Horatio ordered the food for dinner which was delivered and we sat and ate outside enjoying the view. He has beer and wine to purchase from him too at a good price. He also prepared a lovely breakfast for us to set us off for our next day walking.

Steep stairs - I found them ok , but may challenge some.

The bathroom was on a lower level to our room which meant that if required during the night you had to negotiate a spiral staircase. Our twin room had a slanted ceiling so bear in mind if you are quite tall. Neither of these impacted our stay, so for information only.

After walking 24km, upon arrival we were greeted with a welcoming smile from our host Horácio. Snacks and refreshments were provided while we completed paperwork and were given information about the local area and good advice for our following day. A plunge pool provided instant relief for our aching feet. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. No food, however tea/coffee facilities were available. Excellent recommendation for nearby restaurant. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Horácio!

Just a heads up, there are spiral stairs to get down to the bathroom from the bedroom.

Very close to the Camino trail and had a lovely cool dipping pool to refresh our feet in. Very kind and helpful host.

Horácio was a great host. We stayed in the apartment…or rather very spacious home. It is newly renovated home that has been in the family for years. It was a great location 800 meters from the coastal walks (also Camino routes). We only had two days, but would like to return for a full week.

Adorable guesthouse with wonderful and friendly owners. Horacio and his wife are the most welcoming and heartwarming people I met in all my Camino. They not only provided me with veeeery comfortable and nice room, but also welcomed me with free coffee and orange homebaked cake. They also washed and dried my clothes for free. If you have a chance to spend the night there, please do that!
