Everything except for the 3 flights of stairs, which we knew about in advance. Loved the balcony. Enjoyed the Satio Cafe (give our regards to Jaz there. He was a treat) the toasties were awesome! Also the Chinese restaurant was exceptional - great food.

It was perfect. 3 flights of (beautiful, marble!) stairs were a challenge for me, but that’s a personal issue that won’t affect everyone.

It was beautifully decorated. Stylish, fully-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. A comfy couch for lounging. Pingo doce grocery store nearby for groceries so you can experience life as a local. Lots of restaurants nearby if you prefer to eat out. Coffee shop right next door.

Great location and everything you need for a fantastic stay. The host Nicole couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The apartment is bright and airy and spotlessly clean. The location is central but in a quiet street, so close to all the facilities with a great supermarket a 5 minute stroll away.

Casa Eva is in an excellent location to visit Tavira. The host communicated well and the apartment was very clean & comfortable .

Bed was a bit hard and pillows were flat. You need to coordinate with the owner to check in as it is hard to identify the place. A late check in could be tricky.

Self-contained apartment with all the things that you need for self catering. It is not a hotel, it is an apartment and we had the place to ourselves. It also has a washing machine. There is parking on the street. There is a Pingo Doce grocery store a 5 min walk away to get supplies. There are lots of restaurants close and town and the Tavira island ferry are around a 10 minute walk away. All in all ideally located with all you need.

We liked everything except having to leave.

The owner is lovely, an excellent communicator and speaks and writes in perfect English. She even picked us up at the bus station. That's a first ever for us. The apartment is close to the bus station and steps away from everything. The apartment, appliances, pots, etc were all very very clean, and we have very high standards. It is very bright and airy. The shower was one of the we've ever had anywhere in Europe. Everything was perfect for us. The photographs of the apartment are accurate and maybe don't do it justice. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location in Tavira. A few blocks from the river, restaurants and shopping. Flat was well laid out with fabulous kitchen and appliances. Little balcony was perfect for cocktail in the afternoon.

Nicole's apartment is so beautiful, the decor and all the facilities made it the perfect "home from home" for me and my partner. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook or make a beach picnic if you wanted! The apartment was so comfortable and cosy to relax in, perfect for our holiday in Tavira! Nicole was so friendly and recommended restaurants and things to do, everything she recommended we tried and she was right.. just what we wanted, local Portuguese food and beautiful beach trips :) 5 stars, we will be back soon!

Virtually every rental property these days only offers duvets and this one is no exception. It would have been nice to have had the option of a blanket or two in the cupboard for those like ourselves who find duvets too hot.

The apartment is in a good location in the town centre. It's probably the best equipped rental property that we've ever stayed in, particularly with regard to kitchen utensils, condiments, teas and coffees etc. You want for nothing in the kitchen! Wi-fi is super fast. Generally, a pleasant and comfortable property to stay in.

Really, not much. The apartment pretty much had everything you could want for a one or two week stay.

The accommodation was a one bedroom apartment with an open plan living / kitchen area & separate bathroom in a quiet yet central area of town. The owner was waiting for me when I arrived. He showed me around. All perfect. There is no lift so just take into account when booking that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and is not easily wheelchair accessible. Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk from the center of town. There is no reserved parking, but during my visit at the end of October, I had no problem finding street parking nearby. There are a couple of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk of the apartment and a Pingo Doce supermarket less than 10mins walk. The apartment offers hot/cold A/C, fast internet, flat-screen TV with international channels in different languages as well as national channels. There is no oven, but there is a microwave with grill, 4 ring cooker hob, toaster, kettle, expresso coffee-maker (with pods), fridge-freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, and kitchenware for about 4pax. There is also a balcony and a washing rack to dry clothes.

We loved Nicole's apartment. We sat on the small balcony every evening watching the sunset and the goings on in the street below. It's super clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. It's also really central and the bar just below does great food. Tavira is a beautiful town and we hope to return. It's easy to get around on buses, trains and ferries and there's loads to see.
