The location is convenient to walk the sights in Évora. It’s on a charming quiet street. The apartment is spacious and well lit. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and to our request for additional linens.

The parking is a distance away, especially when you are carrying bags. Luckily we didn’t park on the big car park area which was initially recommended and is currently being dug up. If we had done, we would have found our car blocked in by a load of market stalls which had set up shop on the holiday day and we wouldn’t have got out again. We never actually met the host. We arranged a check in time, but unbeknownst to us we were sent a message via Booking.Com with instructions to access the property. When we arrived at the property and no one had arrived to meet us after 10 minutes, I phoned the number on the property information. The woman who answered came across as quite terse. We managed to access the property fine following the instructions, but we feel that if you arrange a time for check in, this usually means you are going to be there in person.

The location was in the old town and was good to reach restaurants and sights there. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is in a residential area and there is some traffic noise from the road at the end of the street, but this mainly affects rooms at the front of the building, lounge, terrace. The decor was clean and fresh and the furnishings were good quality and comfortable. There is no parking at the property.

Close to everything in the city, A/C in the main rooms, big nice comfy bed, nice kitchen with everything, the dryer was really useful. Nice cot for our baby.

The host did not meet us on arrival, and we had to find parking from our apartment in a narrow stone cobbled street to a parking lot without any google coordinates supplied to us. There was also a power trip at 01H00 and eventually we found the DB board where switches were all up (on) but we still had to wait in a hot apartment until 08H30 after 2 calls and one text message to the host and was told that there was a second DB board downstairs that I should check but host never bothered to call back or come and assist!!

Parking. The Booking.com website indicated free parking. This was true but it was 500 metres away which was difficult with luggage etc in the pouring rain. The coffee machine in the kitchen leaked all over and didn’t work.

Location was amazing. Easy to walk everywhere. Cafe and restaurants close by. The h3at was on when we arrived which was a nice touch as these apartments tend to be cold.

The best bed and sleep we have had on our whole trip! Very walkable location. Just felt comfortable right from the start. Well set up with everything we needed.

As we visited in winter, it took some time for the apartment to warm up after we turned on the heat. Consider asking the host to turn on the heat before check in.

Some furniture in the lounge is in need of repair. Toilet plumbing needs locking at. Front door could have had instructions for use before entry.

There are a few parking spaces in the main road close to the house which you have to pay. Outside the city walls you can find free parking spaces, but you need to walk a bit further.

very nice apartment with a little balcony to relax, very clean, very quiet and well equipped. It's close enough to get to the restaurants and tourist spots by foot. The apartment is very spacious except for the stairs. You have to be careful carrying your luggage up or down.
