Casa Rosa Villa was in the perfect location well situated for the harbour and restaurants. Sarah and the team were brilliant , so friendly and helpful and served us the best breakfast we have ever had on holiday anywhere in the world. We loved the roof terrace and the swimming pool, and the beds were super comfy. The free parking right by the back entrance was ideal. The directions to get there were really easy.

Wonderful hotel/guesthouse with very friendly people and a free beer on arrival! Honesty bar, swimming pool, sitting out areas. My room was on the street at ground level, this wasn’t a problem, amazingly comfortable bed and big shower room. Hot tea delivered to your room in the evening! Just a few minutes walk from the harbour area for all the waterside restaurants.

We loved our stay here! Everyone was so friendly, the breakfast was amazing and healthy and the overall atmosphere at Casa Rosa Villa was pure relaxation. The bed was so comfortable. The night time tea was a lovely touch that made an extra impression on us and we looked forward to returning to our room where there would be a flask of hot herbal tea.

Beatiful renovated house in a central street of Olhão, with a small pool and nice patio. Also has spacious terraces with sitting spots. The facilities were well renovated while maintaining most of the typical aspect, a lot of attention to small details. Excellent breakfast with local and fresh products, everything of good quality. Friendly staff and well maintained space.

Lovely stay but noise from roof in room kept us awake. Creaking noise was very bad. Staff said it was because of new roof settling but noise occasionally sounded like something moving and noise was sometimes all night. Great place to stay but not in Room 14.

On website it said 1.8 Kilometers to beach, I thought meant walking....but you cannot walk to bea h it is 15minutes by ferry...it is worth it though... There are two Island beast Island for beach was Amorna...when u get off ferry you can stay at the beach there or walk 15minutes to the other side of the Island, which we did and though tired was well worth it...bar there that sells food too and plenty of white sand and less crowded.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, continental breakfast but served eggs and good coffee. Help urself to coffee /teas through out the day/eve, nice touches such as providing tea in flask and a biscuit in your rooms late afternoon. 2min walk from restaurants/ferry to the beach...

I wish I could have stayed longer

Such a beautiful boutique hôtel :) It exceeded my expectations. Staff was amazing, very helpful and lovely and I absolutely loved the little attentions like warm herbal tea in your bedroom at night! Breakfast is great and served by the fabulous pool Greta location in Olhao, 5 min walk to the boats for the islands and beaches I loved my room. It was a ´little one’ but I though it was very spacious, great air con, great bed, super super clean Thank you!!!

Initially, I found the door system a bit challenging to grasp, and unfortunately, I had to pay for a late check-out despite my flight being canceled, which was beyond my control.

The staff and ambiance are both wonderful. The interior design of my room was really nice. Finally, I was impressed by Marco and Sara's exceptional hospitality and kindness.

It was very peaceful and calm. The decorations were very modern and chic. Everything was clean and tidy It was in a perfect location for everything you wanted to do. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were so thoughtful and created a very relaxing and welcoming environment.
