Restaurant we had dinner was not good. Set up was high level with high prices but the food was not good. Steak was completely over cooked with frozen herb butter on top. I cannot recommend the restaurant for dinner, better to cook at your apartment.

It's not that I "didn't" like it, it's just a suggestion: the house could have more hangers. The spa towels are a bit heavy, and we wanted to contribute to the "reuse them" politics. The problem is that you end up having 6 different kinds of towels that do not have proper space to dry, and in a very humid place, it is kind of annoying. Also, the wifi was not working at all in the house. It was not exactly a problem, since we weren't planning to use devices, but this could be an issue for other people. Turkish bath only worked only one day out of the 3 we stayed. The last day we complained about it, and they said they didn't know it was not working. 15 min later, a woman came back saying it was now working, but still, there was not working at all.

Comfortable and fully equipped tiny house! It has everything you need to get away from your routine. The views from the house are stunning. These houses are 2 km away from the reception, but it was not a problem, since it is very easy to get to the reception + the houses have their pool and you don't have to deal with many other people. Also, there are a few mini-markets pretty close to the main road, so you are secluded but still, you can get groceries if you need to. The spa is also good, the whole experience was very refreshing.

Despite having loved the house, there was a bit too much tech going around. I'm quite sensitive to noise, and every night we had to turn off the heatpump as there was this loud noise which sounded like an idle truck, resonating through the bedroom. There was also some sort of electric installation near the entrance which made a quite loud noise. That was fixed however, by closing the bedroom door.

The house was amazing and we loved the detail of having a Christmas tree there. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen and facilities, and beautiful view. Also quite close to almost everything, so we can't really complain much about anything in particular.

Excellent breakfast (in spite the 5 minute drive to get to the main hotel's restaurant, which we were dully aware of when booking the room). Housing was brand new, everything was spotless clean and the mountain views are just fantastic. Employees were always polite and helpful in what we needed.

Getting to the main office and the hotel restaurant including breakfast is a drive. The Google map instructions when you initially get there take you to your cottage location, not the check-in. Apparently this has been a problem for some time with people showing up at the wrong place but they have not sorted it.

The views and the location are quite stunning. The two bedroom cottage we were in was very nice. The semi-private pool was also very nice.

The main facilities for the breakfast was a little hard to arrive, and having to make it every morning is not ideal in a vacation. The pillows were not comfortable for our taste, maybe having other pillow to choose from would be great. In the pool from the continent houses having tables like in the main pool would be really convenient.

We liked the breakfast, the views and calmness of the house, and pool. The house came with everything we needed, it was really welcoming and functional.

The main reception and restaurant is a few kilometres away which was not mentioned anywhere while booking.

Nice, new, cozy apartment, it has all one needs for a holiday - from hairdryer to kitchen wear. The view from the apartment is stunning. Overall very peaceful and quiet.

Deposit release (200EUR) took a month although it should take up to few banking days. I had to contact the hotel several times only to receive an answer that I need to give it more time. All the other deposits (from other hotel, car rental etc.) was returned within 2 banking during our visit to Portugal so I refuse to believe this particular one had anything to do with my bank. I think it would have been nice to be informed about the alarm system when we picked up the keys from the reception as it was quite a shock to try to figure it out without any instructions and the alarm ringing in our ears. The drive up to the reception (and for the breakfast) is up to a steep hill so if you're not comfortable with driving on narrow roads, this might not be the dream place for you.

The accommodation was really modern and lived up to expectations. I think the the place would be absolutely lovely for the summer as it has a pool right next to it. The breakfast was lovely and had great variety. Also the accommodation was within a decent drive to the national park.

The main location is 5 min drive on narrow mountain road. We didn’t mind, but good ti be aware. We therefor also chose not to have the breakfast included, as we would need to go to the main location.

Amazing views from our house. Private feel, although pool is shared with 3 other houses. The house is very clean, good equiped kitchen. good service staff available on the main location.

It would be nice to have a few more hanging options for towels in the bathroom and also one or two coat hooks in the hallway. The problem with the good internet connection was a rather loud fibre switch, which could also be heard in the bedroom.

The house was very well equipped (induction cooker, rain shower, wide double bed). The view from the balcony was fantastic. The internet connection (Wi-Fi) was also excellent. Overall, the house offers everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The service of the reception was also perfect, they were available for all questions and requests.

Miguel was amazing, very informative and helpful. He recommend a hike trail they turned out to be fantastic. The place is beautiful and peaceful.
