Water in the shower does not descend well. Probably the pipes need to be cleaned.

The accommodation is well located and parking outside is easy. It was very convenient to have a laundry room, with washing machine and dryer, also the soap is provided. It's fantastic to have a dishwasher and the tablets for it. Nicely equipped kitchen. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is adequate. Welcome pack with biscuits and honey and water was really appreciated. An excellent relation price facilities.

Location was a bit far away from the centre (and could be a bit of an issue if you do not have a car) however this apartment is very well equipped with everything - gadgets for the kitchen, dishwasher etc. Space was also quite large and the bathroom was good.

Smallest details, like the towel heating rack in the bathroom not working, dimmed LED's in the bedroom that won't switch off. Drainage could be a tad better.

Everything. Great location, amazing view from the veranda, wonderfully furnished house. So many details are spot on. Every box is ticked. The owner is generous with little things that make a difference, like coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, extra heaters for colder days, abundant information about what to do on Pico, and even a clothes repair kit. There's a washing machine and a dryer available. The house is listed on google maps. Price is great for all these wonderful offerings.

The appartement was a bit noisy, upper neigbours and road were easy to hear. For us not a problem as we are deep sleepers and spend the most of our days outside.

The only thing that could get improved is the bed. It makes lot of noises when u turn around in the night.

Frying pans need to be replaced for new ones with good Teflon . The outdoor lights need a sensor,it gets really dark at night and going up and downstairs can be dangerous.

The apartment is very clean,modern and spacious. You have everything you need. The staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Very spacious, clean and modern apartment within a short walking distance from São Roque port and natural pools. The apartment was well-equipped in terms of cooking utensils and other things you may need during your stay. Nice surroundings with a great view of Mount Pico. There is a bakery and grocery store nearby. We had a nice 4-night stay here and would recommend to others as well!
