The noise from the bedroom..we can hear everything from the next room,till the neighbors.. Except from that, the place is very nice and clean

The property offered a nice outdoor garden, shared well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of relaxing seating. The room had a nice bed, sufficient space and good lighting. Near cafes, restaurants, and retail. Friendly staff. Steep climb to location.

Windows from our room were oriented exactly next to the garden and bench. So everything that was heard and smelled from cigarettes was in the room immediately. I know it's not possible to change the window, just could help not smoking area because exactly next to the window where we were sleeping is bad. Also can help more with electric wall plugs, when you want to charge phone you need to turn of light (so you need to decide if you want to have light or full battery).

It is perfect location, near the city center, shops and beach. Cute small garden. Very plus was a coffee machine and full equipment kitchen. So you can find everything that you need for your stay.

The room was very damp and it would be great if there was a dehumidifier available as everything was very damp. Damp is quite normal in Portugal which is understandable but for that reason a dehumidifier would have been great to dry out your clothes. Not very suitable for asthmatic people due to this. Also no air condition except for a little portable one that was very noisy. Also not a lot of privacy as the window was facing to the courtyard and very thin walls. But for the price it was very decent!

Would have liked some information about the town and area to have been available.

Prepared my own breakfast each day. Accomodation was very close to town centre but also quiet and tucked away. Enjoyed sitting in the small but well kept garden area.

the place was perfect for us, it was close to the city & beach so we could reach everything within a short walk. The staff was super lovely and helped us with everything we needed, was always available via text and ensured we had everything we needed within a short time. We really appreciated that it had a kitchen where we could prepare simple meals and a fridge to store food and cold drinks. It is quite simple but lovely and if you are simple, want to have a nice time where anything can be reached within 5-15 walking minutes and you are not looking for a luxury 5 Star hotel with room service, this is a really amazing place. We felt really well there and I really need to highlight the service of the staff!

Bit of a steep hill to get to it and very thin walls between rooms, but only minor we had an excellent stay.

Location excellent, lady who checked us in was lovely and continued to look after us during our stay. Shared kitchen amazing. Amazing value.

Seagull nest close by? Extremely loud in the morning. I'm sure it isn't always like that-just babies in a nest perhaps.

Nice garden, although we didn't spend much time there. Walking distance to train station, restaurants and beach. Kitchen was clean, although we didn't use that either. Great place to chill for a few days before heading home.
