We had the room in basement, we didnt have an option to choose. The big problem about rooms in basement is humidity. It is strong that you cant sleep with closed window. We decided to not put the clothes in wardrobe because of smell. We stayed two nights.

The bed isn’t so comfortable

The hostel was clean, the staff gave good service and were available. It was quiet everywhere and guests were respectful of each other, keeping the communal spaces clean. It’s so nice to use the kitchen! Breakfast was simple and satisfying, a nice place to spend a night in :)

The room was FREEZING🥶, but no heater in. On the following day I was given a small heater, still cold room. The bed was old and terrible, have back and neck pain now. It didn't feel freshly cleaned. There were mosquitos in the room. I have mosquitoes bites in my face and body now. No cleaning in the room for the all week. I had COLD 🥶 shower on 3 occasions. On the 3rd day there was a member of staff there and I told her, after a long time she found out there was no gas but didn't know how to change it. Had to ring someone and after a long while managed to replace it. They stated on the website, breakfast with fruits. But I only ate 1 pear on the 1st morning. Very poor breakfast, would be better to remove it altogether and reduce the price.

The other guests that I met there were lovely and we had nice chats. The mother and daughter from Ukraine were very sweet. The Greek couple that work there were nice too, specially Pavlos who was always smiling. The fact I had a double room. If only the room was better kept 😪 The location.

The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold and fungus. The toilet kept overflowing with 'dirty stuff' and was not cleaned. The breakfast was not worth it. The shower you have to hold in your hand. All together I would not recommend this place until the landlord has actually fixed the place.

The only “boutique” thing here is the name. come on guys you can do much better! everything is worn down, rooms are more than basic. beds are springy and old, bedsheets have a noisy plastic cover underneath, the towels they provide smell like moist and idk if they are old towels that previous guests forgot but they weren’t “hotel towels”, they had brands on it (I couldn’t care less, but that’s not very boutique is it). Also my gf had pressure and warm water in the shower, i didn’t … so good luck if another guest showers before you. also it was february and corridors, common areas and bathroom were really cold. hotel had polite guests and it wasn’t noisy but you could hear EVERYTHING from your room. breakfast was very basic.

it ‘s a cosy little house, location is perfect (amazingly beautiful neighborhood and next to town), you can park your car for free 250m away, backyard is beautiful and staff was very nice and welcoming. although decoration was basic, i loved the “house” vibes, the creaky wooden flooring, the vintage items.

The room was very small and had no view over the garden (although it's mentioned in the description that all rooms have it). It had mold on the walls. The smell inside the room was of an old, humid basement. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was "first come - first serve" and very basic and products were scarce (buns wrapped in plastic, a few slices of cheese and jam, marmalade, terrible coffee). The other guests were smoking in the rooms and making the whole corridor smell of cigarettes. Only 2 shared bathrooms available so you need to queue.

Let's start with the fact that they're always just gone for a moment and they're never there. The sheets did not look like they had been replaced at any time. There is no cleaning service. A really small room heating radiator doesn't seem to work.  Very cold at night. Breakfast.  Not really breakfast.  The bread was dry with mold.  The cheese would have looked fine.  Rotten fruit.  And the tea is in another room.  We just went out and went to eat at a restaurant and the day after we didn’t even go there. Noise from nearby rooms until morning can not sleep. And the employees of the place also join in so that it is impossible to ask for silence. And worst of all.  There is no hot water in the shower.  When we arrived, I turned to them and said that they would fix it.  But there was water for only a few minutes.  And from that moment on it was just cold and we did not even get an answer for it.  3 days with a cold shower

I loved the bohemian or vintage style they have there. It made instantly feel like home and was very comfortable. They have lot of common areas there, where to just chill 🙂 Location was good as it was in quiet area and city centre was close.
