I’m officially in love here, I’ll come much more often. Owner Carlos is a tremendously kind gentleman and excellent operator. Every detail has been thought out perfectly, they seem to have established this place not to make money, but to reflect their own business vision. I would love to have a house like this, it’s a very inspiring place. I’m sure I’ll escape here every time I need to relax. thank you very much Carlos for creating such an opportunity.

Beautiful and serene property. Very modern and filled with beautiful art, while also feeling very welcoming and cozy. Forgot to ask, but can’t imagine Carlos and Maria aren’t an architect/ designer pair. Place is straight out of architectural digest. Hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming.

Just a minor point/information: the house is bit outside of touristy area (around 8 minutes by taxi), but there is no problem with getting Uber (max 5 minutes waiting in my case).

The property is amazing. Beautiful decor, spacious garden, tranquil environment. Small number of rooms guarantees peaceful stay. My room was great with big, functional bathroom, with neat housekeeping. Didn't try breakfast. Staff was super nice and helpful. A lot of common space for chill or to have a drink. Big heated swimming pool.

Nothing I didn't like - overall a lovely stay!

I made a last-minute booking not really thinking much about it, but Villa Orange really exceeded my expectations. The minute you walk in through the door it feels like an oasis - absolutely stunning! I also have to give a shout-out to the host who was so pleasant and helpful in every way possible. I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle which you tend to get at bigger accommodations/hotels in Cascais.

We had to return back home to Munich because of our flight schedule - certainly not the fault of this truly charming guest house ....

Very warm welcome by Carlos in his beautifully designed villa which is situated in the hills above Cascais. Easy parking right in front of the premise. Perfect location to explore the area around Cascais, Sintra, Lisboa etc.. Outstanding breakfast with lots of fresh fruits, high quality coffee etc., croissants, delicous cheese, basically everything in a cosy and decent villa-style atmosphere. As opposed to most other accomodations, you really have a host and owner of the premise who cares about high-level standards and knows how to please his guests. We will be back next time!

Wonderful guesthouse and people. Clean, comfortable, heated pool, garden, great breakfast. If you do not have a car - Über is a great option - Cascais is just 10 min. away and central Lisbon 25 min.

Their breakfast is an amazing spread of fruits, cheeses, dry cereals, nuts, crescent, breads, and a hot breakfast menu, which I was too full to try. The owners are so accommodating as well. Unfortunately for us, it was the wrong season for us to enjoy their beautiful pool and patios...we must go back.

We liked everything with this place!

Highly recommended in all aspects. Mine was a special occasion (my brother's wedding in Cascais) and everything was absolutely perfect and exceeding expectations. Huge shared spaces: main building with amazing architectural style and more service than you can wish for, great pool area for relaxing, stunning landscaping and green area. Extra clean, everywhere. Breakfast smelled fantastic each day. Wifi everywhere. This is a true modern Villa, not just a house! Great, super clean room with spa and air conditioning and great view. High level furniture and accessories in the room to enrich the guest experience. Amazing support from staff for special requests such as airport shuttle transfer, clothes ironing, printing a document and much more. Carlos and team have gone many extra miles to help me, before during and after my stay here, allowing me to relax and spend lots of time with my family.

Casa Laranja Guest House was perfect , a 5 star accomodation in Cascais. We stayed in the very tastefully decorated and comfortable Applesin room. The entire home is beautifully appointed inside and out. The spacious entertaining area, breakfast bar, fireplace are cozy and very inviting. The lawn and pool look absolutely stunning and a great place to enjoy and relax. The breakfast was amazingly good with plenty of fresh fruits, cured meats, yogurts, and cheeses. Carlos is a very kind and excellent host who offered us a warm welcome and made wonderful recommendations for things to do. Casa Laranja is an absolute must book in a very convenient location with everything you need for a perfect holiday.
