For the money we payed we did jot expect 5star hotel, but we expected it to be clean at least. Please go through the comments before booking this property(the thing I did not do) most of them are truthful

The place is neglected-the curtains are half the size with ends hanging, the chandelier is broken and hanging, the night stand lamp is broken. The windows are old and it is noisy because of the cars. The doors are old and the lock needed to be tricked. The pillow smelled like mold. With a bit of investment the place could become much more inviting.

There was hot water and a small heater in the room to warm up after a long day out (December/January season). Not in the center but you can easily walk. Comfortable bed and clean sheets.

Very very noisy each night and early morning.. lots of construction going on in the area and we could hear cars driving as the bricks road were making soo much noise.. we were not even on the ground or 1st 2nd floor we could hear so much noise and when trucks go buy to pick up garbage nearly it was worst.

Only one bathroom for several rooms, it was a little problem with toilet paper as well. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of whole space, it couls be better, but of course it couls be worse. What was really unpleasant was a "surprise" that we disciwered in our room - a woman's underwear (picture) hanging on the lamp on the table text to the bed (I guess cleaning service did not notice) 😕

Price was good, locality as well, but we ecpected that apartments would be a little closer to the city centre. Room was big and it was looking nice, we had a lot of space. We appreciated kitchen, fridge, etc. but electricity in the kitchen did not work good.

Poor drainage of the ensuite wetroom (bathroom), bedroom door didn't shut because tv fixed to the door frame, tv low enough that over 5'9" you risked head injury. Bedroom external shutters broken at 80% closed. Generally not great condition, a lot of repairs required. Free parking on street very steep!

A small outside area with table and 2 chairs. A separate area with table and 1 chair and fridge and wardrobe. Helpful staff via messaging. Proper kitchen. Reasonable location.

It wasn´t clean. The lamp was broken. The toilet wasn´t clean. Many other details can be seen in the pictures. There must be a bar or something close by, people were talking loud until late. Also, they urged us to pay the municipality taxes and sent us many emails asking us to give them a good rate, which, unfortunately, I can´t do.

Accommodation is up-hill and far from the city centre, also not so safe and lightened at night. In accommodation facilites were bad,e g. there wasn't toilet paper and you didn't expect you have to buy toilet paper for your 2-nights stay. Also, someone lives there or something and the atmosphere is little bit weird.

Room was big and comfy and the accommodation has kitchen. ;

The shared bathroom and kitchen did not look super clean, but for me the biggest problem was the noise. Doors closing were super loud, so from very early in the morning I was repeatedly woken up by doors banging open and closed around my room.

The hotel is a 25 minute walk from Trinidade station, and my room had a very comfortable foam/latex mattress.

I'm not sure what kind of property this is. It seemed that some people are staying there permanently. The apartment was rather crowded. The walls are very thin and you can easily hear people talking in the corridor. Although the room itself is clean, I had some concerns regarding the bathroom or the kitchen. It happened that we had to wait for a long time to get to the bathroom as you have to share it with other guests (?). We got clean bedsheets and basic amenities like towels and toilet paper - you have to open the wardrobe to find your pillow and toilet paper (apparently you have to keep it in your room which is very strange). It wasn't horrible but a very different (rather not positive) experience than I've ever had with any booking...

The location is not the best, over 30 mins walk from city center. There was only one bathroom for all the guests and we had to wait a long time for our turn.

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was a big plus and it had a little terrace where we could have breakfast.

Impossible to sleep at night , people going in and out all night long and the doors makes lots of noises , really hard to sleep. Toilette full of mould and humid and the apartment it stinks all around, it needs definitely a renovation. They ask for tax money everyday like it s the most important thing in the world . If you ask once is enough, relax.
