The room was clean, cozy, the building as well, located in a very central position. We did the check in before so that was very nice, they responded right away when we had questions, I asked for an iron and they delivered it on time. We had a very pleasant experience.

No air conditioning- it was very hot in the room. A fan was provided which helped. The evenings in Porto in october were cooler than the daytime temperatures but the room still stayed hot. Really wouldn’t like to stay here in the summer months. - I should have checked the small print

fantastic location and good standard of accommodation, well appointed and stylish. Do not be put off by the self check in system and the anonymous front door! Once inside you’ll be snug and safe whilst being bang in the city centre for all the action.

The street noise and sound of others in the neighboring apartments was quite loud - the walls seem very thin. Earplugs were fortunately provided, and definitely needed!

We found the location unbearably noisy as the rooms face a party street and are located just one floor above the street. While the windows do have double glazing, the frames don't close tightly. As a result, we spent the night of listening to drunk people and then the morning to the sound of various cleaning machines trying to erase the signs of the night before. The door also has zero isolation (there is literally a crack and you see the hallway light at night). This would normally not be a big deal but the host thought it would be a good idea to use the hallway for some tables. As a result, we also had to put up with the noise of two guys drinking just meters away from our door in the hallway at 1:30 AM. Finally, the bed is 1.4 meters.

This property is centrally located and clean. When we decided to cut our stay in this place short due to unbearable noise levels coming from the street, the host reimbursed our money for the night that we no longer needed.

There was a heat wave and the air conditioning turned off automatically after a certain amount of time, which made sleeping tough. We also got unlucky and there was a Thursday holiday, so people were partying and shouting outside all through the night. This probably isn't typical but worth checking on!

The location was super accessible to other parts of the city and everything was very clean. There were some issues for us but typically I think it would be good value

Location couldnt be better. One breakfast box delivered to room on request, too much for one person. To be fair I was told about contents in advance.
