The property is verry well positioned next to the highway, accesible parking and all the intructions for the ckuckin were very clear. Nice living room and equipped kichen. I recommand iy for a short stay in Lisbon

The guest house is quite close to a big road so you can hear the road when you open your window. But it is quiet when the windows are closed.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The common rooms were great: living room is extremely spacious and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped. Overall the guest house is very clean. There are grocery shops and a metro line very close by. The parking lot was very practical and we were allowed to keep the car in the park lot after our check out for half a day.

Nothing this place was fantastic

This place is the best place we stayed on our two week trip through Portugal place was spotless very well decorated the rooms were quiet. The place was extremely clean. They even left a small bottle of wine and cookies and coffee is welcome gift. It's not too far from downtown to Uber and it's close to public transport. We're Walker so that didn't mind us. The information provided regarding location access and location was fantastic. It's a five-star property at a very very reasonable price and very close to the airport for easy access but not so far away from the city

Sorry to say that the room had a strange odor

The check-in went easily and smoothly. Although the room was small, it was very comfortable.. We liked our location, not too far from the City Center, and convenientto alll our needs. We rented a car,so having the parking area on site was convenient and secure.. I would certainly recommend it.

Directions given for the property were very easy to follow. Receptionist was very helpful and welcoming.

The guest house was about an 18 minute walk from the metro station that I used to get around Lisboa. The receptionists were kind. I was able to check in my room earlier than the original time! I was provided a tour of the guest house upon arrival. My flight was at 6pm the day of check-out. I was able to leave my belongings since I had some extra time to explore the city.

No fault of the guesthouse, but there is a large road nearby which is noisy, howevever conderably effort has been made to make up for this and with the windows closed, one can hardly hear it. The only real irritation is the flashing light (possibly a smoke detector).

I enjoyed my brief stay. The room was clean and an added bonus were the complimentary items - including a small bottle of wine. There are 3 restaurants close by, one of which (at least) was excellent.

Handy for the university, good inexpensive restaurants very nearby, supermarkets also. Good transport links. Quiet even though near busy road. Guest house spotless, excellent kitchen and lounge, comfortable bed. Very friendly helpful staff. Everything was excellent.

We enjoy our stay, clean rooms, kitchen facilities and quality/ price was spot on. Staff really nice, it's in front of the main road but you don't listen any noise when you close the windows. Close to the train station, it was a big PLUS because it's Located away from the city. Fantastic stay. Rooms are small, but well equipped. Highly recommend.
