It is a matter of preference - to me the mattress was a little too hard.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and their customer service excellent ! Paulo was exceptionally helpful in recommending places to visit and he was willing to help in every way possible. Sergio Pinto was our guide on the morning walking tour; he was very pleasant and knowledgeable with a joyous personality and we enjoyed every minute of the walk! Thanks a million, Sergio, you were simply great. The food was excellent - be it at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Corpo Santo Historical is a true 5 Star Hotel I would gladly recommend and will definitely go back!

This hotel is unbelievable. The staff, accommodations, location, food, and many extras provided were exceptional. They even have a straightening iron in the bathroom!!! The staff could not have been more helpful!! They provide treats and ice cream in the lobby, afternoon and evening snacks.

Very friendly staff. They provide excellent services with warm hospitality. Excellent breakfast with a la carte menu. Location is very convenient to access historical sights via bus or tram. The stations are right front of the hotel.

Location is perfect - hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff is AMAZING!! Everyone was so friendly, supportive, helpful, attentive and efficient! The perks were wonderful too - I especially loved the daily happy hour, the sweet goodies, pastries, candies, and the evening reception area buffets. I will always return to the Corpo Santo Hotel. My sincere thanks for a lovely visit and memories that will last a lifetime.

No a fan of shower inside of a bathtub. Walk in shower would make this place perfect.

There are no hooks for your jacket’s when you enter the room. There is enough space to put some in the wall. Sometimes it took a while to get served at breakfast. The concept is really nice but if you are in a hurry a buffet is faster. The door to the bathroom made an annoying scratching sound every time we opened or closed it. The look thru toilet door was also not one of my favorites

The Hotel ist really nice, the rooms are light and comfortable. The staff is polity and courteous. The free massage was one of the best we ever had. The breakfast was delicious and the different juices every morning were amazing. Almost every day there was a little gift waiting for us in the room like pastry or food.

It was great to have a 20 minute free massage, we added 40 mins so that we could have a total of an hour. The masseuses, however, are not up to international standards. The massage overall was very average.

The breakfast was great, loved that it was served al a carte. Great tours, staff was very attentive. Clean rooms, complimentary minibar!

Whats not to like?

Location, well laid out rooms, superb service, we requested connecting rooms and those were made available. Thoughtful. Delighting guests with a fruit and confection counter at reception replete with an ice cream machine. Responsive and caring concierges. Well known can destination. We will go back.
