Room refrigerator was not cold enough to keep beverages cold. House keeping did not replace small face towels.

Excellent location walkable to other major areas and restaurants. Same daily buffet breakfast served at your table with option to order from a menu. A free morning and afternoon two hour walking tour offered daily highlighting major historical sights and history. Complimentary snacks in the hotel lobby, floor lobby, and complimentary hot and cold beverages in the room.

The only small thing that we disliked was the weird noise that emerged right from somewhere of wall where the bedhead is. It occurred every single night and not been able to figure out wha was causing it, leakage or something else… it was a bit disturbing during night time since all the lights were out and quiet, a little leaking sound would sound very disturbing! Yet, this was the only shortage of all; everything else is 2 thumbs up.

Very monumental style which you’ll love once you check in! Old but filled with love and passion of staff. Once you checked in you will not want to leave or choose another place for next time visit.

The entire team at Corpo Santo is friendly and 100% focused on the guest experience. The team clearly love their work and love to share Lisbon with their guests. We were impressed by the free daily walking tours, the food and drink offered to guests at no extra charge and the incredible location. The spa and gym were also terrific and very much appreciated.

The Lobby and front entrance is designed quite outdated, the seating area outside needs a refreshment. But that was the only thing that bothered me.

We stayed at the Junior suite and it was lovely, clean and very comfortable! The location is great! The hotel offers a free mini bar and all kind of snacks in the lobby all day long and it’s so nice!!!

We like everything and enjoying the kindness and hospitality they showed us.

From the moment we arrived we greeted a warmth welcome in the reception and it was Reginaldo who look after us so well.The restaurant staff was so friendly and professional breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Very surprised when someone brought us a bottle of bubbly and chocolate strawberries, all little free treats are always available it's absolutely wonderful.We enjoyed the sauna, spa, turkish bath and free massage by Jessica again outstanding and I met Annabelle who is so very friendly and welcoming. Without a hesitations we would recommend your hotel, top ranking in hospitality and facilities. Thanking you once again for everything you have done for us.from Mr and Mrs Brian Jones

I'd say my only complaint is each morning they have complimentary breakfast which was good but the colleagues working don't have a system down. One day I'd get bread offered and next day I'd have to ask. They seem to not work together and I'd have to ask for a refill or an item table next to me was given but I wasnt.

WE stayed here April 2024 and Hotel is superb in all aspects of our trip. Upon checking in to our 12 day stay to checking out everything was perfect. All colleagues were professional and treated us with class. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Your close to everything and main attractions aren't far. The everyday 24hr snacks in lobby were great! The Bistro restaurant was very good and it's nice to have great food in your own hotel. The massage services were very professional on lobby floor level and you even get 20 min free on 1st visit. The room had great views and being there for the 50th Anniversary for Portugals freedom allowed us to see/hear everything. Comfortable beds and decent tv w many channels. Free snack bar in room. Everything wad superb! The concierge went out of his way to find me a Portuguese pastry but when he failed he had the kitchen make me some. How great wad that!!!

No handrails going into the tub for the shower.

What I particularly loved about this hotel are the extra services they offer to the guests. They clearly have the guest in mind -- from the free walking tours, to massage to snacks at the lobby -- certainly going beyond the extra mile. The staff was wonderful, very engaging and would have always something to talk about with the guest, not stiff but very naturally friendly. The location is not in the very busy part of Lisbon but a very short walking distance to the site, so it's very nice to wake up in the morning to some quiet time. We got a large room more than enough space to open our two big luggages, and additional shopping. It had a small balcony that looks out to the street, I enjoyed having my coffee from there in the early morning just as the city is about to wake up. The bed was very comfortable, the toilet and bath was huge. Perhaps my only comment would be the shower area where you have to step into a tub and there was not a hand rail to hold on to, just the swinging glass partition. It wasn't a bother to me but might be an issue for senior citizens. (the music in the shower and the changing lights were a pleasant surprise, nice to play the relaxing music while taking the shower). Breakfast was very good, and the wait staff/servers very efficient and very good, really kudos to them! They add to the wonderful experience in this hotel. The old city walls in the hotel basement was amazing! Imagine having part of history just below the hotel, we had originally intended to enjoy some drinks there because it looked so cozy and we just wanted to take in the beauty of the place, but sadly, we didn't have much time. At least I have something to look forward to next time. I really really highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was incredible and really made the stay special! Everything was clean and beautiful. The free walking tour the hotel offers was one of our highlights of the trip. Corpo Santo is in a great location - we were able to walk to many sites and to transportation easily. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and they just kept bringing food out. Snacks in the lobby were very handy given adjusting to a new time zone and the happy hours gave us the opportunity to meet other guests. The free walking tour the hotel offers was one of our highlights of the trip. Corpo Santo is in a great location - we were able to walk to many sites and to transportation easily. I was traveling with my son and always felt safe. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My stay at the Corpo Santos by far exceeded my expectiatons. The order off the menu breakfast was excellent, the candy/pastries/ice cream and drinks in the lobby were such a nice touch, the 2 x day guided tours and happy hour with wine and appetizers were delicious. Anna was the concierge we used to help us get to Sintra was so helpful and sweet. When we arrived, we were early to check in and they showed us to the downstairs area with couches, wifi, books, I just couldn’t believe they offered such a lovely place to relax AND we received a free 20 minute massage. I will tell ALL my friends who go to Lisbon to stay here.

The bar service was mediocre.

FREE Spa, breakfast, wine in the evenings, and 20 minute massage — all amazing amenities. Location is walking distance from all the major landmarks. I would book this hotel again and highly recommend it!

It was all perfect.

The hotel is conveniently situated for the old town - a 10 minute walk. The staff were all excellent, especially the reception staff, restaurant and bar staff and masseuse.

If you’re looking to experience the best of Lisbon with wonderful people, elevated service and attention, and great amenities with so many wonderful delights and surprises that they offer - then this is the place for you! Our family really enjoyed so many of the amenities and services that were included in the stay, it made our very long and tiring journey so much easier to bounce back from! We took full advantage of the very knowledgeable and interesting walking tours and we learned so much from Miguel! Even when it was raining, Nuno was more than willing to grab an umbrella and show us around! Our kids stuffed their bellies with unlimited ice cream, and we unwound with the included happy hour each evening. I especially enjoyed the steam room and sauna! Such a wonderful gem to use at the end of a full day of walking! This hotel was so full of wonderful treats and delights - and it was so awesome to not feel nickel and dimed for everything. Corpo Santo is the epitome of what happens when people show up with care, and I will be so glad to stay again for future visits!

Excellent check in process. We were greeted by Gonzalo and Eduardo during check in. They were very helpful and even tried to help us with restaurant reservations outside of the hotel. Hotel breakfast was complimentary. It was very elaborate and amazing. I would have also liked a buffet option where I could quickly grab something to eat and be done. Especially for days when we had some early plans and were in a hurry. Hotel is in very good location and has easy accessible to public transport.
