The owner was extremely pleasant and gave us loads of infos about everything we'd need and ask for. Didn't have that feeling of positivity from a host, in a long time. The bed was huge and very comfortable, everything was 'grand', from the lobby to the bathroom

The apartment is very comfortable and beautiful clean and plenty of space with a shared big kitchen and a big, furnished roof patio. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, with smart TV English channels, Netflix and you tube in the large leaving room for all guests. The location is perfect, in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Many Restaurants / Cafes and Supermarket in walking distance. The owner David was super friendly and helpful, he makes you feel like at home.

Fantastic and safe location in the middle of the old center. Nice bedrooms, very spacious rooms for everyone to use including the fully equipped (if somewhat a bit run-down) kitchen. A home far from home. Daniel is an extraordinarily attentive and appreciative host who gives you the feeling that you are part of his (extended) family. He offered dark towels in case I went to thermal baths, ordered a taxi, there's little earplugs provided for sound sensitive people, and he offers to be helpful at any time.

Massive house with a huge room with private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything comfortable and well clean! The position is amazing, in the middle of the town with everything nearby. Least but not last, the kindness and professionalism of Daniel and Filipe! Highly recommended!!

The bed mattress is hard and uncomfortable :( The lights had some problems, but we managed with the bed lamp.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, close to all the points of interest, shops and bars. Especially good if you don’t rent a car. The rooms and common areas were very spacious.

Nothing. The heater broke and so it was cold one night, but nothing that an extra blanket didn't solve. The hosts tried to address the issue immediately and even offered to change rooms for me but I was comfortable enough.

The house was gorgeous. I loved the decoration and the vibe. The hosts were responsive no matter what time of day, for which I am infinitely thankful.

We didn't stay in the same room we booked and had to share a bathroom, which was unexpected. Beds weren't the comfiest

The location was perfect for us. Very clean and quiet due to there being only 4 rooms. The shared kitchen and terraces are excellent even though I didn't use them much. Overall very relaxing and convenient place to stay.

It was one of the best places we had. Beautiful, clean, the owner Daniel, very friedly and helpful, The apartment is very close to the center, only 5 min. walking and 8 min. to the ocean.
