Our spacious 7th floor room with lovely patio; the great breakfast & dining area, the fun roof top bar with terrific views, the convenient, location to historic sites of the Chiado district restaurants, shopping, & transportation. Most of all the fabulous staff! Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional & efficient. A special shout out to Kayla at the front desk. She went above & beyond to meet our every need!! (Warm, kind & patient, too)! Thank also to Alberto, who assisted us when leaving..Hotel Chiado is a gem!

Hotel do Chiado was fantastic. Hotel was so central, clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Staff at reception were so friendly and helpful. When asked for advice, they did their best to help us. Staff in dining and bar area were excellent too. Hotel very close to shops ,transport and tourist areas.

Very nice hotel, deserving it´s four stars. Very conveniently located I Chiago, making it easy to access lots of the interesting places I Lisboa. Large, clean room, with a very comfortable bed, and a nice view southwards. Excellent breakfast, and a roof bar with a stunning view og the city. Very friendly and professional staff, making the stay even more comfortable.

Being picky now but hopefully will prompt a positive outcome :- Shower did not drain well so showering in standing water which not great ( 614 ) . Breakfast was posted as starting at 0730 hrs . Hot food was not out until 0750 hrs by which time we were leaving the dining room as had to head to airport . Previous breakfasts we were there not so early but the fried eggs had obviously been put out first thing and were not a pleasant sight at say 0930 hrs . Consider cooked to order ?

The hotel is in a great location for walking around Lisbon. Lots of restaurants, shopping and life within steps of the hotel. The staff were courteous, accommodating, helpful and friendly. Alberto deserves a mention. We reserved a roof top room with a terrace. The view was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was good and the restaurant and roof top bar all were great.

The location was ideal for exploring Lisbon. The staff were excellent and very helpful with everything. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t hear much from the street, which was great. The breakfast options were good and the food was tasty. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We were made very welcome. Staff were friendly, helpful and considerate. Our room was lovely and we particularly liked the terrace and view. The location was great as it was close to public transport and easy walking to many places.

Great location! Just around the corner from the train station within walking distance of great shopping and tourist sites. There was a little treat for us in the room upon check in and before check out. Would definitely come back!
