We were shifted to a smaller double room from the twin room and the bed was not comfortable at all with air conditioning not working at all. The Reception staff was not helpful for the room change. Highly Disappointed.

The room needs renovation. The bed is super comfy, but the furniture is warn. The safe didn't work (it appeared to require a key that wasn't present). The door the the bathroom didn't close because it got stopped by the hair dryer. The small bathroom sink drained very slowly, would fill to the brim while washing my hands. The bathroom door needs some love, it's all beat up and stained.

Pros: The breakfast was very good! Two coffee machines, so no lines to get a coffee (this is HUGE for me). There were eggs and sausage (which is rare for a european breakfast), there was sliced meat and cheese, yogurt, a large assortment of fruit, and lots of bread. Really nice. The room had a window that opened onto an outside public deck, and was bright and very quiet as it was in the back. The entire place was very clean. The bathroom had a bathtub (very rare in Europe). The lighting was very good in the room and bathroom, with good mirrors (huge for me as I need it to apply make-up). There is a mini fridge in the room which is nice for a longer stay. And there was a pod coffee maker with two coffee cups and some sugar but no coffee or spoons. I travel with coffee so I appreciated access to hot water in my room, but if I didn't, the coffee maker would be useless. The location is a wonderful international neighborhood outside the city center, but a very short walk to the metro. I was at the intercity train station door to door in 20 minutes.

The helpful staff , breakfast and a comfortable bed. It was a fair distance to walk to Martim Moniz Square but it was straight down the main road.

AC is facing the bed, was impossible to sleep, while it was working. Entire hotel needs renovation, room and bathroom were tiny, couple of equiptment were dirty.

I was not given the room that I booked, but was changed the next day. The first room was not good at all. Blocked drainage, bad smell. Overall it was a terrible first night but the second room was TOP, clean and tidy.

The cafeteria for having breakfast was too small. All the tables and chairs were all occupied, even though not that many people were present. Other than that, I was quite satisfied with the hotel.

The room was equipped with sufficient facilities that accommodated comfortable stays.

The place felt dated, room was a small single bed but expected as a solo traveller. AC was very cold so couldn't sleep with it on overnight, but was still good to have. It was a basic stay for a couple of nights.

Place to put my head, had air conditioning and windows with enough light that could open. Breakfast is always a bonus and it had all the basics which was nice, can't complain.

The shower head was broken when we arrived.the balcony was not much of a balcony...just enough room to stand. The breakfast could have been improved by having fresh tea and coffee and a few more options of things. The hotel could have done with being modernised a bit. There was not always a member of staff at the desk and sometimes we had to wait a while to speak to someone.

It was in a good location, close to the centre of Lisbon. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. They ordered us a taxi when we needed it.

Excellent location with several vegan options in the neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was nicely renovated. The bed was comfy. Super value for price. More vegetables for breakfast would be nice.
