There was a bit of sewer smell in our room. However there was some workers fixing something it may have been from there. The drive in and out of the resort is very tight and steep embankment. No space if two cars opposite directions.

I must confess that i didn't like the dinner they served us because everything was frozen. The fish, vegetables, dessert. I really don't understand why...

I don't have any negative things to say, just one thing travellers should be aware of: the shower glass is see through, meaning that if you're in bed, it is possible to see another person using the bathroom (fully when using shower and partially when using the toilet). I'd really recommend to have the option to cover this glass... Otherwise, everything was great!

Had an amazing stay! The staff is super nice and friendly, and always happy to provide you with itineraries to travel around Geres. The view from the room is absolutely gorgeous, and the hotel's location provides a peaceful stay.

The place is not so easy to reach: a long and narrow winding road down (and up, to leave), which can be a bit daunting.

Modern hotel with an extraordinary view, on the banks of Cavado river. A good place to explore the area of Peneda Gerês. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. The staff is exceptionally kind! Beds were extremely comfortable.

We happened to be there on a day where the heat was at a record high, and the power grid had a hard time supporting all of the lights and air conditioning units going at the same time. The breakers would switch every minute or so, and sometimes the air conditioning in our room wouldn't come back on by itself. The road down to the hotel is a very steep, narrow and winding one-way road, a couple of the corners were a little scary with how blind they were.

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful! The river and mountains were beautiful, and with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, you could see so much, and even the stars at night! The food was wonderful and staff were very kind. English-only speakers may have difficulty here, as some staff do not speak English, but it's fine if you're willing to use google translate.

Everything was just really nice. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazingly big and comfortable, we enjoyed the private jacuzzi. From our terrace, the pool and the dining area, the view is just fantastic. Food was also good, and from the hotel, there are so many nice hikes to go to before relaxing at the pool.

If I had to say something I didnt like, it would be that the shower pressure is a bit weak and since I have very thick hair its frustrating to wash it. The path to enter the hotel is also very tricky, but doable.

everything is nice about this property. the road there is in great condition. a little narrow (as expected in this area of Portugal) but no issues getting there.

The place itself is very modern and clean. The position of the village is also amazing. You get to enjoy the sunset in your private balcony or by the pool. The staff is amazing. very helpful and very caring. The cocktails are very tasty and fair priced. Qe loved out stay and will come back one day for sure!
