Hard to find anything to halt

Lovely hotel close to villamoura marina. Excellent breakfast and evening buffet. Staff were very attentive and facilities were excellent

N/A. Everything was top notch.

All the staff throughout the hotel were so helpful and accommodating. We could not have been treated better. A special call-out for Rita on the front desk who was so helpful and her cheerful manner was lovely. We enjoyed using the spa every morning. Afternoons were perfect at the bar by the lake. Our room was very comfortable. We were provided with a lovely cake and platter of fruit and bottle of fizz in the room for a double celebration during our stay. Truly felt spoiled. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent.

Sink in bathroom didnt drain but we didnt contact reception as minor in comparison to everything else was good in room. Restaurants at hotel limited would of been nice to have alcarte on site to save going to the marina for food in evening. Litter onsite in certain areas could of been picked up by grounds staff but minor. Damaged light on balcony hanging off the wall. Its just minior stuff but for a 5 star hotel could be better.

Staff were very friendly and nothing was to much for them to help. Very clean and kids club was good even though quiet at times due to season.

Communication between catering depts re my allergies. However this was sorted out after the first day with no issues afterwards. There was nothing to not like it was a fabulous experience

It is obvious that the hotel is showing its age. Balconies are located so that everyone can see their neighbors.

The hotel is located close to the most beautiful beach on the south coast. Welcome pack including a bottle of wine and cake.

I have been to the hotel a few times now and it never disappoints. The staff are amazing throughout the hotel . The service is faultless . We particularly loved the mixology class with Costas - we learned so much and was great fun . As it was Easter , we were given an Easter cake which was waiting on us in our room one of the days . A lovely touch . Thank you .

Separation between toilet and bathroom. Very narrow space between lavatory and bathtub. Difficult to control room temperature.

Amazing choices at both breakfast and dinner with high standards of service throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. our room was clean and airy with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens and lake. Pool and spa facilities were excellent.

Staff were absolutely fantastic would do anything for you. Already rebooked for later on in the year. food was lovely travelled with kids when they tired more than happy to deliver room service to your room Even though we were halfway through a meal it would not be a problem for them would bring a small table. My boy was a little bit ill. They brought him get well soon balloons honestly could not recommend this hotel anymore absolutely fantastic Highly recommend

Domes Lake is a beautiful hotel resort set in a tranquil garden. With the lake, sea and Marina a stone throw away. Perfect location. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Having a beautiful spa on the premises was fantastic especially when it was cooler. The food was gastronomical. One of the outdoor pools was heated to 25 degrees C. We made use of the tennis court, complementary bicycles, table tennis, pool table, gym and spa. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the wine tasting by Xeno was the best I have experienced. Todos Restuarant was brilliant - thanks Chef for treating us.
