Excellent value for the price. The heated pool was lovely and the staff was friendly, approachable and eager to help if needed. The shop attached was ideal and great for convenience For people and or families on a lower budget looking for some quality then this place rocks. It's exceptional for the price.

While I really like Dona Ana Garden (this was my 4th visit) and it's owners, it's becoming more and more obvious that this place requires some major refreshing. The room I got this time wasn't really big enough for 3 ppl, although for just 2 nights I could live with it.

I like this place for it's pool with BBQ, closeness to one of the nicest beaches in area and a shop around the corner. All of this at quite a good price.

Payment only in cash and possible only in a small supermarket in front of the property - quite a pain. The host was nice enough to accept cash left in the apartment due to our unusual leaving hour. The AC is functional but needs to be blasted at maximum setting to have a noticeable effect.

Well equipped room (dining table, kitchenette, plenty of wardrobe space, AC) and a large and convenient bathroom (nice if slightly outdated shower). 5 mins away from a beach, 15 min to town and 20 min to Ponta de Piedade, so well located. Splendid and well maintained greenery on the property. We were able to get keys and leave our bags inside the room during cleaning thanks to the kind personnel.

Considering cash and no breakfast option, a little more than we would usually pay … But it is a good size Apt with a kitchen I anyone self-cooks.

Location being at 2-minute walk from the beginning of long boardwalk in Lagos, which was highlight of town. Cash only, the store is 30 meters from gate into apartment complex. Plenty of room, two pools in common area, easy parking around the back that they will guide you to.

Very small double bed, could do away with both armchairs and add a nightstand, loud guests. Did not get a good night's sleep.

Honestly everything was great, my only issue was the wifi. Being on vacation it would be fine. But I personally still had work to do. It was very spotty for that. But like I said if you were just uploading pictures it would have been great.

The hotel was great, very cute with a heated pool. The mini mart attached was fantastic. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Dona Ana Beach. Around 16 minutes to get to old Town Lagos. Very quiet at night.

- We expected the kitchen to be a little better equipped based on other apartments we've stayed at. Cooking could only be done on an electric 2-pit, most pans no longer had a non-stick coating, and there were no basics available (salt, pepper, oil). - Our room was facing the street and our little terrace was in the shade mostly. This wasn't too much of a problem though, as we could soak up the sun at the lovely shared swimming pool instead. I do suggest others to book a room that's facing the pool - Better soundproofing of the walls would be welcome (to block out some street noise and upstairs neighbours) - Wifi was a bit spotty, neither of the 2 available networks was reliable - Cleaning was a bit random: they mostly seemed to clear out the bins and make the bed which wasn't really necessary in our eyes, yet they only made 1 of the 2 requested towel changes during our 7-night stay - No (debit or credit card) payment for the accommodation AND at the mini market possible, so keep cash at hand. There is an ATM at 1 min walk.

+ The shared sun terrace with the heated swimming pool was lovely! + Mini market with friendly personnel nearby. Good to stock up on some water, beer and snacks + Spatious enough apartment for us + Free private parking + Location away from noise of the touristy centre, but still at walking distance (10-15 min walk). There are some great restaurants at a closer walk, too. + Lovely little beach at 1 min walk (Dona Ana Beach), plus a nice rooftop restaurant

The only thing that was an issue in our room was that it was too dark and there was no central or bright light in the room and only the bathroom sink to wash cups in. But the light was the main thing.

The setting and garden and location were brilliant. We also really liked the small heated pool just near the rooms that was perfect for a quick pre breakfast swim.

The kitchen was somewhat poorly equipped. (e.g.: no cutting boards) But manageable.

No real problems except a bedside lamp didn't work but we told Favio and it was fixed promptly. Due to the time of year it was a little cool to sit outside on the verandah but that would be an advantage in the heat of summer. We would perhaps book a South or West facing room if we came early in the year again.

We enjoyed our distinctive shaped room. (225) The location for Dona Ana beach and coastal walks was ideal, but still close enough to walk or get the bus into town. Good local restaurants. We loved the garden and heated swimming pool. The cleaners were good, helpful and friendly. We loved the convenience of the minimercado and Favio was so helpful and cheerful with us. Thanks Favio!

Towels a little bit well used, no beach/pool towels.

Large room with separate bathroom, plenty hot water and towels. Excellent easy and large car parking area. Very safe, no catering on site but very good restaurants locally, but not for breakfast!! superb beach very close, ease of access to spectacular and safe cliff top boardwalk.

Room wasn't cleaned one of the days and the wet sandy floor in bathroom wasn't great to come back to.

Kettle and coffee machine, toaster and microwave in room. Coy carp pool is lovely. Close to beautiful walks. Great value.
