The hotel is an easy fifteen minute walk from the train station in one direction and fifteen in the other to the heart of the old town. The room was large and clean, the front desk staff efficient and the breakfast spread impressive.

Breakfast was OK with a standard diversity of options but the quality could be improved.

Very neat with good service and room with view to the river. Enough for our one-night stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Food from the restaurant was good. I was helped to not only store my luggage but to keep the car in parking, after check-out.

There was a missing screw in the shower that made the shower a little loud. It was really a minor probleme.

I found that breakfast was excellent. I particularly appreciated the local specialties. I had a nice view over the river.

Bedrooms are what you need for an overnight, anything longer they are quite basic, good enough for a shower and sleep. Clean and quiet, so all you need for a stop over.

Underground parking (at a charge €7 a day). Very nice lobby and sauna. Good enough rooms what you need for an overnight, good enough for a shower and sleep. Breakfast is ok for the price. I did 2 nights.

I couldn’t think of a thing that would of made our stay better.

Location was great and information given about Coimbra by the person on reception was great. It was spotless and covid rules excellent. Food was excellent and good value. Made our visit extra special as it was my birthday and at check in after checking our papers l was wished a happy birthday, but made extra special when we went to our room at the end of the evening and there was a ice bucket with a bottle of sparkling wine. Absolutely loved our stay and we will return.

Nothing obvious, maybe they could have a kettle in the room.

Room was lovely and warm during November, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was a very good selection at breakfast. Evening meal was great, and you can have room service for a tiny bit extra. The restaurant is also open at lunchtime. It's about a 15 minute walk to the historic centre of Coimbra.

Cleanliness, even the remote for the tv was disinfected. Very nice swimming pool, towels for the pool at reception. Underground parking at affordable daily rate. Super friendly staff

Its a beautiful place with excelent service. A plus is the swimming pool. Also its very convenient because its close to the train station, not far from the city center and shoping mall. I would definitely come back :)

Lack of cleanliness in some glass windows like the one’s on the restaurant. Floor on the corridor leading to the room needs to be cleaned . Presence of pigeons bathing and drinking pools water.

The staff at the front desk were wonderfully helpful, giving us guidance on visiting the old city and the University (thanks Armindo), finding a great restaurant (thanks Rosalia!) and helping us with the variety of questions/needs travelers have. Also, we arrived with our car and the hotel parking was excellent.
