Nothing really but be aware it was a small room & the sink & bathroom facilities, whilst good (good shower) do not have windows & are essentially in cupboards. But that wouldn't put me off!

We loved staying there. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated & in a good location. Staff were friendly. We especially liked the communal areas - big fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery etc. We were on bikes & there was space to lock them up immediately inside the front door though not really space if more than two. Our room had french windows onto a small internal courtyard with a table. It was quiet.

The parking is not guaranteed as it's about 100 meter away in a public carpark so it depends on how busy it is when you need one.

Really close to the centre, the property set up is beautiful and carefully thought through. All deco just show the attention to details to make it a very lovely stay for the guests. The host is very communicative and responds to everything rightaway. Highly recommend.

Wifi connection was terrible, even in the common area. Had good cell coverage on our phones, fortunately. The little terrace was covered in pigeon stuff after it rained since they roost on the roof above but it was offset by watching them flock down to the street & back.

Linens were lovely and room was thoughtfully decorated. Enjoyed watching the world go by from our window overlooking the street.

I'd recommend they would change the curtains, which are a bit thin and let the light in. Not adequate for people with mobility issues, as there is no lift.

The location is great: right in the middle of town and very close to the place where you get the boat to Tavira island. There's also a supermarket and a pizza place next door. The room was quite big and very comfortable. The window overlooked the street but it wasn't noisy at night. Clean and modern bathroom and the staff was more than happy to help whenever needed.

Due to the absence of a reception their was no one to get in touch with quickly in case of any question (for instance for extra toilet paper). Also when checking in the room wasn’t ready yet, the information regarding the parking in the area (it’s not for free in the street) could have been a little clearer plus the kitchen could have been stocked a bit better by adding some bowls for cereal in the morning.

The location was good and the room and common areas are nicely decorated. I would recommend the place, I do however have some suggestions for the hotel to improve its services.

I understand rooms are not cleaned every day, but at day 3 we ended to have to biy our own toliet paper and trow away our garbage and there is not enough material for a breakfast for 5, so great to sleep but no grrpuo breakfast possible

Very confusing to find (address listed is not the correct address) and parking is only free at night and before 9 am. There was a common area for coffee/tea, but they were out of coffee. Staff on site was helpful.

The room we stayed in is rather small. It has two French windows, both of which open onto an internal patio, which is small and has high walls. This makes the room warm as, although the windows are open, not much air circulates in the room. There is, however, air conditioning, for those who like it. Another room also has access to the inner patio, which results in little privacy. In summary, I would recommend it for short stays.

The décor of the facility is well cared for in every detail with a very pleasant vintage style. Bed is confortable. Excellent cleanliness. Great location. Silent room.

Great location in the middle of Tavira which was surprisingly quiet at night. Easy walk to local restaurants and sights. Bonus of nearby free parking - we parked our car there for the entirety of our two night stay. Our room was spotlessly clean with a nice bathroom and a balcony. Great to have use of the shared kitchen to get our own breakfast (small supermarket next door) and the nice outside terrace and patio area. Staff (rather than owners) were there to greet us on arrival.

Everything was perfect for short 3 night stay. For a longer stay the kitchen would benefit from a small cooker to boil some eggs for example. Nevertheless, we would return to use this accommodation again.

Great central location in Tavira. Easy parking and close to all amenities. Comfortable beds, nice communal outside spaces throughout the property. Basic kitchen facilities provided. Friendly and professional staff.
