Staff very friendly and available. Good animation both for adults and kids. Food is amazing both in quality and diversification.

The location is a little far from the beach - my kids are generally happy to walk but for a lot of small kids I think it's a struggle to get there - even though there is a shuttle bus to the town its still a bit of a walk. I generally think the hotel is great for kids up to 6 (my eldest child's age) but above that I think they might get bored. Saying that, you might not need to go to the beach as the pools are really good.

Food was good, excellent selection and good options for kids. The entertainment was really good too, my kids loved the magic show and the reptile show! The pool areas were also great although obviously cold at this time of year. The staff were absolutely amazing, lovely to all the children, really friendly and polite. My kids are obsessed with the mini disco!!!

The food was good, the staff where friendly and when we enquired about the bedroom being warm, they provided a fan which helped cool the room for us and our baby.

What an amazing trip for the second year in a row. It’s really an amazing place to stay and will exceed your expectations. All inclusive is well worth the extra cost. Great food 3 times per day kids are well entertained to late in the evening. Amazing!!!

Smell in the bath room (may be because the window was broken and didn’t open) The furniture and outdoor area in the main restaurant. It didn’t feel nice and cosy

The room only got cleaned on day 2 and 6. The towels only twice and one was when I ask for change of towels and bed change as son spilt drink. That’s the only linen change the entire holiday.

Perfect for my big family. We only come back after staying in Feb because of a very special waitress Carla Silva. She’s amazing and asset to the restaurants she was amazing with my baby. She made out eating times much more comfortable

No smart TV. Not many English TV channels. Sofa was not comfortable at all. and Lights in rooms are not that good. No starting satches e.g. sugar, coffee or milk in the kitchen. Lack of communication, no right information at the right time. Kitchen utensils not appropriate for a family of 3. Pots were to big for cooking. Tea/coffee machine was not supplied as per the booking.com website. Washing machine and tumble dryer was not supplied as per the booking.com website. TV was without YouTube, Netflix and Amazon prime, in today world of digital media how one can imagine to live without online platforms for entertainment. Resort doesn't have USB sockets. This days every family would have minimum 3 to 6 digital devices. It would be convenient to have USB wall sockets. 5 euros for a swimming cap for a free swimming pool is a indirect loot. Not enough CCTV camera in Resort. Dinner was very costly £32 person. It means £100 per day for family of 3. We managed the same food from Uber eats in £50 per day. Taxi to airport from Eden Resort from reception they quoted £60 but we managed to get it in £30 via Uber. If you keep milking your customers who has already pay enough money then they will never come back.

Very slight plumbing issue with a smell from both of the bathrooms.

The staff were excellent. The rooms/apartments were like a home away from home. The spa was very relaxing.

Maybe more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels but they were changed every day (apart from Christmas Day itself) so not really that applicable. Also there was a drying rack which would easily have fitted a full load of washing.

Best holiday ever. Lovely hotel complex, lovely staff, clean and good facilities, food lovely, entertainment good, hair dryer good, courtesy buses great, kids loved playing football every day. Really cannot fault anything about this, it’s been the best Christmas ever for us.

Wifi didn't work. Outside furniture tired and broken. Had a problem with nearly being scammed when booking on Booking.com. Apologies from the hotel, but not from Booking.com. A problem they have to sort. Will book direct nexr time.
