Clean and close to town. Short walk to great restaurants and beaches. A nice grocery store 3 minutes away for those quick supplies or load up on breakfast stuff. Another two minutes and you are on the edge of the town. Our Host met us when we checked in and gave us a tour of our room and gave us a nice map of places to go. We would message him if we needed any recommendations and he would get back in minutes. We wanted to golf and he recommended a golf course and we called and had a tee time right away. It was a great place and town to go to at the end of our long trip to unwind and chill. Highly recommend it

Everything was just perfect! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The villa was clean and fully equipped. When arriving we had water, wine, fresh bread, fruit and more waiting for us. The location was perfect, on one hand quite and calm in the other hand, 5 min walk from the center and 1 min from the supermarket.

Very little could be better - marked down only due to airconditioning unit which we could not turn the fan down on so it got hot in our room at night as too noisy to sleep with. Pillows a bit firm for us but they quickly supplied another softer one.

The villas are quite new, modern and close to everything including a major supermarket. As they are not on the beach we were a bit concerned, before arrival re accessiblility to town and beaches as had no car, but loved the pool area and while the villas look a bit out of the way on the map we found them to be very central as often went to other beaches. We booked a garden villa and felt no need for the private pool as only ever shared with one other family. Lovely touches on arrival with wine , pastries,bread and condiments. Host extremely responsive and accommodating. Staff are great - friendly and helpful.

To be clear, we really had a great stay and a highly recommend this place, if anything it would be great to have a little bit of more privacy around the flat and also, access to a washing machine (although there is a laundry shop a few minutes from the Vila)

Really amazing, beautiful, modern and spotless. I’d say it’s even better than in the pictures. The host and people working at the venue are also very attentive and friendly. Both swimming pools (the private and the shared one) were great and perfect for kids too. It’s walking distance from a big supermarket, and you can access a local beach by foot (10 min walk).

The only thing that didn't go as well was having ants in the house near our dog's food. However, we are talking about a terrain-level house in the middle of summer. Also, it is well beyond the control of the management, so we didn't even complain about this. But for other people coming: avoid leaving dog food out.

We stayed at a villa with a private pool with our dog. The staff, particularly the owner, Rui, is very welcoming and always attentive. They provide a good selection of kitchenware and kitchen appliances, as well as plastic bags, towels, dishwasher tablets, etc. The swimming pool isn't very deep (90 cm) but it is, nonetheless, great for a small family and at a nice temperature; plus, it has great sun exposure throughout the day. Another thing we really enjoyed was the selection of pillows with different heights, which is very difficult to find elsewhere and shows a very good attention to detail.

Possible option for automated check-in could be useful (that may be available but we did not request/need it). The home units feel extremely private but do note that you may notice the neighboring groups out on their private terraces.

This is one of the best family friendly properties I have ever stayed in! The rooms are setup perfectly for a small family or couple. The space was extremely clean and all details were carefully thought through in building this property - spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, lots of natural light with windows (plus blackout curtains), great storage including closets & hooks. The interior design is minimalist with some Portuguese accents (+ quality sheets & towels!). The kitchenette is relatively small but perfectly functional with a mini fridge, sink and dining table inside. The outer terrace is perfect for enjoying dinner or breakfast, looking out over the pool. The hosts were so kind in providing some welcome breads & treats. Additionally, travelling here with a baby was wonderful as they provided a high chair, baby bath and crib with lovely linens. The location was perfect walking distance from the beautiful town/beach and steps from a large grocery store. Easy parking onsite. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Everything! Host was lovely. The villas are perfect, so perfect I extended my stay for a few more days. The villas are clean, very modern and comfortable. The accomodation is just a short walk from town and the beaches and there is a supermarket just up the road. I highly recommend these villas and I would definitely stay here again.

This is the best property that we’ve ever stayed in Portugal. Everything was perfect. The villas are amazing, cosy and almost make you feel at home. Really well decorated, with a lot of amazing details for families with young children. The owner is super nice and he personally made the check in. We just loved it.

Great Design in this family run apartment hotel in the heart of Ericeira. It's quiet and lovely with birds chirping- my kids were delighted to see the sheep strolling down the cliffs. The apt has everything you need and it's a short walk into town. Highly recommend for families with young kids.
