We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Best location to explore Sintra and the surrounding area. 0 mins to the train station from the back gate.

GermanyThe apartment was very clean and it's location is amazing - in front of the train station. From there you arrive in 10 minutes to the old city by foot, 10 more minutes and you are already in Quinta da Regaleira. You can also have very simple and affordable lunch in the hotel. The dish of the day costs 5 Euro. All in all we liked our stay.

SpainThe only "negative" thing I could think of if I really had to say something is that the bathroom is outside the room, but it was ours only.
This place is very conveniently located right in front of the train station, which is also where the buses stop. The room is nice, with very very comfortable beds, great breakfast (place also has a little café). The owners are very friendly, the street is really nice, my nephew and I loved it!

United KingdomAccess to the rooms was down a steep flight of outside iron steps; access to the dining area was down another two flights - also outside. The whole set-up is NOT accessible to anyone with any mobility issues There was a router on top of the wardrobe, which flashed off and on all night. The arrangement of the rooms was really weird, having to walk along a shared corridor to the bathroom, with the light switches in unexpected places and separate keys for everything. Although it was being well-managed and disguised, I could still detect damp mould in the living area. Any photographs I've seen of the inside and outside of the property are very misleading.
The owner was very sweet and helpful, although she spoke very little English.

Kettle in room wasn't there. Bathroom is private but a separate room reached with a key in a shared space not an ensuite.

United KingdomThe bathroom is not in the room - one has to exit the bedroom and get through the common hallway. This I don't find comfortable. The bathroom requires a major renovation: it has black mold, no proper ventilation, a damaged sink cabinet and smells very strange. Please upgrade.

FranceWe dint expect The bathroom to be separate from the bedroom which is quite annoying and not practical as you have to walk the corridor at night. There was some black mold around the window and the aircon was not working ( or otherwise you need some sort of expertise to make it work :-).
Location was great as its right at the train station and the bus stop to all the attaractions in Sintra The room was spacious and the staff was very kind and understanding.

LithuaniaLooks like every material used to renovate rooms was very very cheap -> poor room and bathroom furnitures, poor towels (very unpleasant), creaking floors (every step of the neighbor is heard), closet with mold (very bad for someone who has allergy) and super poor breakfast for people who did not eat sandwiches (gives bread, cheese and meet slices, butter, jam, pie and drink of your choice). Also not enough shower gel and shampoo for 1 person.
Good location and pleasant staff. Delicious pie and fresh orange juice during breakfast.
