Showers I think because we were on the top floor the shower water is very slow and some time comes really hot or cold so just didn’t enjoy my showers 😟

Great location we were on the 5th floor so we had a great view looking at the see a park and busy city 🏙️

Not enough toilet paper, having to rent the safe, and the bar is nonexistent (you have to buy an entire bottle of wine, they will not serve it by the glass).

My parents came to visit and stayed at the Luna because there is an elevator and it is centrally located. They loved the location, the breakfast is lovely with a fantastic view, the hotel is extremely clean, and the spaciousness of the suite. Overall they loved their stay!

    Nothing at all.

Very central position. All the staff were very helpful to me, as an ancient solo English lady. (Obrigada!) The hotel is spotlessly clean and the 5th floor breakfast room view is fabulous! The bar by reception is a plus too - great local wine and coffee etc

The pillows are really hard and too high so they do not provide for a comfortable sleeping position. Orange juice at breakfast is not good.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and even a gluten free option for my daughter which was a plus! The rooms have a good size and the shower is good, not being great. The location is excellent, in one of Setubal's main avenue and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The hotel had a bad/oldish smell and could use a little touch and repair in the rooms and common areas.

The location was very good! Reasonably priced and good bed to sleep at.

Noise from the road. Was supposed to be given a room upgrade but doubtful that was the case. Shower was tight and hot water sometimes surged.

Breakfast was very well done. Gréât location. Cheap parking nearby.

My only complaint was the noise comign from an obviously very ill person next door, who coughed and spat for hours, depriving me of sleep. Walls need some kind of soundproofing perhaps.

The location is excellent and the young man on duty when I checked in was very helpful.

With the exception of the breakfast servers, we didn't find the staff to be particularly friendly. I found the bed to be uncomfortably hard, my partner didn't mind it.

Room and bathroom were nice, if a little dated. But everything worked and was clean. The shower was very powerful. Breakfast was quite good, lots of choice. We could hear the street outside, so probably better to get a room to the back. On the whole, good value for money.

The only downside I can see about the property is the fact of checking-in only being available after 4pm. But still, you can always call and see if the rooms are available earlier. That’s what i did and got to check-in 2 hours prior to 4pm.

The location is superb. It’s literally in the heart of the city/district. Right at downtown and with a 2-min walk from anywhere, even the incredible sightseeing of the ocean. It’s clean. It’s comfortable. It’s silent during nights. The staff is helpful. You have a McDonald’s in the building next door for any inconvenience. There’s not much more to say. If you visit Setúbal, stay here.
