Really enjoyed our stay. Wifi in the room not great - but OK in other places. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Good parking. Would definitely stay again.

Room is not the cleanest. Don't have proper shower gel. The shower itself throws water all over the place, should get an upgrade. The breakfast does not have much options. The room doesn't have much sound isolation.

Very nice and cozy balcony, beds are comfortable and the pillows are the best I have ever used in my life. Rooms are at a perfect temperature always. Cleaning the room happens supper quickly.

There are a lot of steps to the pool and it was only after visiting it that I found out that you can take the lift. Some clear information would have been useful.

Location was excellent in the centre of Seia. An easy walk to a great local restaurant (The hotel restaurant was closed during our stay). Also easy access to Serra da Estrela area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool's access involved many stairs. The pool bar closed early (at 18h30 in August), and the space around the pool was sometimes limited to the number of guests. One of the rooms was a bit small (we had an extra crib in the room).

The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially with the babies. The hotel was well located in the centre. The pool was a big plus (there is also a smaller pool for the kids), and the breakfast was very nice.

Just to note. If you arrive by motorbike, it might be an idea to contact the hotel prior to arriving to obtain the code for the car park barrier. If you have a pillion- no problem- they can hop off to reception and get it. However if you're solo the access is steep with uneven cambers. You wouldn't want to rely on the gear box to hold you.

Seia is a large sprawling modern town. Eurosol is situated directly off the main road which takes you from the west side of the town to the east. Sat-Nav was worth it's weight in gold because the entrance of the hotel could be easily missed as it's not visible from the main road. Also coming in from the west you cannot turn directly into the hotel (there's a central reservation) but it's a simple matter to continue to the roundabout and go back on yourself. The iced lemon water dispenser at reception was a nice touch, especially as it was 39degrees when we arrived. The pool is accessed by a number of steps to the right of the entrance behind the hotel on a much lower level. Pool towels are provided. The breakfast was very good. Can't comment on the restaurant as it was closed. Plenty of cafe /bars directly as you exit the hotel.

The hotel desperately needs some renovations. I saw another comment saying that it reminds you of the tv show Twin Peaks and it’s definitely true. Everything was clean but it was very old and not in the best shape. I expected a bit more for the price we paid.

Staff was nice, location was good and everything was clean

Pillows were a bit high for my taste, but that is just a preference. A bit of a steep incline to get the car out of the park. Everything else was excellent.

The property is very lovely. Bedrooms are spacious with lovely views. Very clean.

Lovely hotel, loved the decor. Helpful, friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, with a good coffee choice. From the room I could see the Serra de Estrela. The hotel is right in center of the town, easy to walk to shops, bars etc.

Roadworks in town make it difficult to find, this should have been communicated, although not the hotel’s fault. Main complaint is that the Tesla destination chargers did not work, staff totally dis interested and no attempts made to resolve. Better to not advertise a service like this if it doesn’t exist !

Basically clean, warm, plenty of hot water, breakfast good

The room was small and the bathrooms need an upgrade since the 70s. The wifi was so slow it's unusable. The pool has no staff so if you have the luck of having a bunch of noisy guests (like we found) forget having any kind of rest. The breakfast had very little diversity (no bacon for the eggs 😞 ) and people would constantly wait for staff to bring more food.

The staff was nice and accomodating, too bad they have to work here.
