Although minor, hangers needed in the bathroom for towel. And lifts were extremely slow. Improved sound proofing required for rooms that face the street.

If I had to nit-pick, the gym was a bit minimal.

We had a great time there. Location is very central, right on the Aliados square. The room and public spaces seemed either new or very well maintained. Sound proofing was excellent. Some small gifts and amenities were provided. We even got the (reasonably priced) nearby private parking.

In such a historic city it was a little odd how modern it was. I also would have liked a separate concierge to assist with activities and local maps. They didn’t provide this or have it marked anywhere as an option.

The gym could do with a set of free weights but everything else was amazing .

Located in the central part of Porto this hotel is very close to great restaurants and cafes. The property is very slick, has great beds, is spacious and has a bar abs restaurant .

In bath room was not any hanger for cloth and towel and also there only one bin in toilet part.

The location is perfect in city center and every thing you need in Porto are around the hotel. Gym is nice, clean and all machines are new. Breakfast variety can be better. Bath room is big and three different and separate parts for sink , toilet and shower which is so nice.

The shower's door: there wasnt a water stopper and the door couldnt open or close with the towel in the floor, so the water got out and from the door. Thus basically after every shower one had to mop the floor with the towel

Everything was confortable and clean. Right in the middle of Porto. Staff was very attentive, even prepared us a breakfast box before our early flight, and helped us schedule a transport to the airport.

Not exactly a dislike, but one reason I chose this hotel was for the pool, in case it rained during my stay. Maybe I misread the info, but the pool isn't for swimming. It's part of the spa/wellness center. The pleasant surprise was the chaise-like lounges with therapuetic water jets and other hydrojets in the pool to massage your weary body.

The location was ideal for walking about and avoiding the crush of tourists on the waterfront (Ribeira). Mercado Bolhão is just about three blocks away, pedestrian-only Rua de Santa Catarina another block past that. Also nearby are too many notable sites to mention, and getting to the waterfront is fairly walkable. So much can be done by foot from this location, plenty of eats, and there are buses along the plaza that go just about anywhere. Hotel was very comfortable, lovely breakfast, and the staff was extremely attentive.

Really well located! Great facilities, room was really comfortable and well equipped. Loved the spa - although it was small, the facilities were excellent and we really felt like we could relax! The room was cleaned and completely restocked every day!

Great location. Everything was exceptional 👌. Staff very pleasant and everyone answered all our questions. The breakfast was to die for. We enjoyed it 3Xs. The take away breakfast on our early rise was appreciated. Porto was our favorite place in Portugal.

Our room was on the first floor and there was some traffic noise, more than I expected for a hotel of this class. I think there could have been more hooks for hanging things in the bathroom

Location is wonderful. Very central and safe. Didn't experience any noise despite being on a main road. Rooms are clean, modern, and have everything you need. Check in 24/7 at reception and friendly staff helping you even late night/early morning hours - I arrived at 1am with an airport transfer that was arranged by the hotel on request. Free wifi in the rooms as well as complimentary coffee, tea, water and crisps. Nice big towels and lovely shower with warm water.
