Superb breakfast, great sized pool and lovely location just outside of Cascais - we really enjoyed the walk in and out of the town each day. We originally were placed in a room overlooking the construction site at the front of the hotel but after speaking with staff, they kindly arranged for us to be moved to a different room following a cancellation. Would highly recommend booking the sea view room as is! The staff were really great, so helpful and never overbearing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will hopefully be back.

Food was awful. Building site opposite hotel was noisy. Sterile atmosphere with no dedicated bar seating area.

The hotel is well located , rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is great .

The hotel was a forty minute walk into town which we didn’t mind all along the sea front but might have been too far for some but there was a lovely area nearby with restaurants.

We were able to park our car in the grounds of the hotel so didn’t have to pay for garage parking. Our room was spacious with a sea view. Cannot really fault the hotel.

The rooms are very minimal, especially for a suite. Cold and lacking soft furnishings, definitely corporate feel. Breakfast was good in terms of continental selection but quality not so much. Breads, cakes, pastries, fruit good. Hot food not great. Overall the downstairs lobby, bar, restaurant, outdoor seating and outdoor bar is not set up for attracting you to eat or drink there. Staff polite but not driven as a you’d expect for 4 star. Don’t plan to have lunch or dinner here. Mini bar fridge minuscule.

We upgraded to the junior suite which was a great size balcony and sea view.

The morning staff were TOTALLY incapable / not customer friendly!! Asking for a coffee prior to a starttime of breakfast at 07:30 (and this is even way too late) was not possible!! The staff did not think nor act in the best interest of their customer. Total lack of willingness…!! Major point for the general manager to address! Also other guests were waiting for an earlier breakfast start…. I am travelling around the globe and this is the first time in more than 25 years i have experienced staff to be so inflexible… how to kill a customer experience!! …Slightly small shower (in the bathtub), toilet right behind the door, however considering the staff’s mentality this is a minor item

The housekeeper always knocking the the door even after telling them that I have late checkout. Opening the door without my permission and urging to leave the room. Very unpleasant and rude.

The water temparature in the shower was inconsistent (very hot, very cold). The problem could not be fixed by the maintenance staff, therefore we were offered a discount for the final bill (restaurant & pool bar).

The water temperature in the pool was great and the pool was big enough for swimming. Great staff, very friendly and well trained. The food at the restaurant was good and we were also offered the option of eating next to the pool.

Pool staff was friendly yet slow.

Clean, nice pool, great location, away from downtown yet near to the sea and boardwalk. There are supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby. In a 5 min Uber you are in the center with restaurants etc. Good breakfast.

Very nice hotel. All the amenities where superb. Nice location a 15-20 minute walk to the center but cabs and Ubers are always available. Good Hotel bar and restaurant. The service was top notch! Very attentive and friendly. Especially Vanessa, she made the best cocktails! And was so nice to talk to. My sister would only drink her piñacoladas. Recommend getting her to do your cocktails if you can.

Gym was old fashioned. Not enough sun beds around the pool.

Excellent and attentive staff. nice breakfasts but there should be more coffee machines. Gym was a bit disappointing with outdated equipment.

Ordered coffee latte in the room and the coffee didn't come! Had to call them 3 times until someone came and sent them but the coffee was cold so had to send them back! They were supposed to come back with the coffee 5 mins later and the coffee didn't show up again! Called reception and they said they will check with the bar! Finally, coffee latte came but the cups was so small! Very disappointed!
