Beds were a good size but very firm, would like.a little less firm, appreciate this is a subjective thing and some would like.this.

Overall experience.was excellent, clean , well kept with excellent service from staff. Would without doubt stay again.

No kettle in the room which was a shame. There was a Coffee machine available in the restaurant area but it didn’t always work or no cups available.

First of all, the loud, persistent beeping sound (three beeps then a pause, over and over and over) that came from the buffet warming dishes in the breakfast area. It was very disagreeable. Even sitting as far away as possible at breakfast, I could still hear it. Secondly, there were no USB outlets in the rooms - only outlets for wired telephones, which doesn't make much sense for travelers these days.

Loved the view from my room and the overall modern design of the room. The shower worked perfectly and I enjoyed the rainfall feature. The location was great too - away from touristy Cascais but still just a 5-minute cab ride from town. Also, fabulous Sintra is a relatively short distance from the hotel, easy to reach and not all that expensive (about 15-18 euros) by cab/Uber.

Some of the staff are not prepared for the public, the manager of the front desk is exceptional, not only a super worker but comprehensive and took care of all my needs.

Only two nights! He would have happily stayed on longer.

We sent one of our employees here and he called to say thank you. He felt like the hotel was a treat! Very comfortable, great location and food was excellent. They also helped him navigate the transport for meetings

I really enjoyed the 2 days that I’ve spent there, everything was clean and nice. Helpful workers just as the receptionist and in special a guy called Joao at the bar, really nice and professional, and always worried about the stay! Thank you to him and for the nice stay

Just everything I needed during my trip! Exceptional place to stay in Cascais. Modern and fresh room with a great balcony. I enjoyed gym and pool a lot. Breakfast served was standard hotel breakfast with great selection of pastries, coffee, cheese, fruits. I appreciated option of sparkling wine for breakfast. Helpful staff at bar and reception. Also to mention great restaurant food, I enjoyed dinner and lunch. Great shower and cosmetics. Thank you a lot and I definitely will come back 👍

Amazing stay! The room was very nice and we had a great view of the ocean. The location is a little bit outside of the city center but there were still restaurants within walking distance and the city center wasn’t too far by foot or bike.

Great location, within easy walking distance to town and restaurants. Loved our bedroom and the great view from the balcony. All of the staff were excellent and we greatly enjoyed daily breakfast. We had dinner in one night and it was very good and restaurant staff were so pleasant.

Clean , comfortable hotel , our room had a lovely view overlooking the sea and were able to sit out on the balcony . Hotel handy for restaurants able to walk in under 10 mins or could take a lovely walk into Cascais which is about 20 mins . This hotel has the perfect setting
