The staffs are top nice and helpful! The room is modern, big and comfortable! The breakfast is delicious with many choices! The location is excellent, easily to reach the sightseeing places!

The hotel was perfect in every way. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with great recommendations. Our room was gorgeous- very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a full buffet, with a selection of cooked eggs, bacon along with cheeses, ham, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and juices, and amazing pastries. The location was super central.

I'd stay again without hesitation; no complaints.

This hotel is right in the heart of Baixa, but on a street that isn't a major shopping street and also has no vehicle traffic. As a result, it's probably about as quiet a location as you can find in Baixa. The place is super clean and neat, with big, comfortable rooms. We were there five nights in December and the hotel wasn't full; they upgraded us to a palatial suite at no cost to us. Breakfast isn't included unless you pay about 20 euros extra per person, and we decided not to try it as we were over-eating severely the rest of each day as it was. But they do give free (and good quality) pastries, and between those and making tea in the room we managed a breakfast that our doctor might have frowned on but we were happy with. We took a while deciding what part of Lisbon to stay in and I think Baixa was the right choice; it's central to everything you want to see. Many of the key sights are walkable, and it's easy to get down to Belem for the museums. I highly recommend the Quezel Palace, which is a little further afield but you can get to with an Uber for under ten euros; that place is like a small scale Versailles both in the garden and the interior.

Booking.com offered free taxi service from the airport to the hotel. The driver never showed up and, after an hour of waiting, I took a taxi. The taxi driver only accepted cash, not credit. I failed to ask for a receipt and booking.com will not refund my €30 cab fare without proof that I paid that amount. I have been using booking.com for years and have always been happy with them before this.

The hotel was beyond our expectations. The location was great to walk to most attractive places and restaurants with a few steps. The hotel was clean and new. The staff were very polite and friendly and helpful. I don't remember the names of all of them, but Laura and Rodrigo stayed in my mind they were very patient to introduce the places of interest. Don't miss the hotel's varied and delicious breakfast.

Hotel located close to port and close to lots of restaurants. Room was wonderful! Front desk attendent was very helpful. We had to get up early next morning for an early flight. Since construction in front of hotel, he gave us information to inform our pickup service. Worked out perfect!

Absolutely perfect location to explore all Lisbon has to offer. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we were warmly greeted on arrival with a lovely glass of sparkling wine & fresh Portuguese pastries. We also got an excellent restaurant recommendation from a lovely lady on reception - it was our best meal during our stay. The room was lovely & comfortable, the shower was amazing and I loved the damana products. The only small critique I would have is there is no bar, limited restaurant & hotel breakfast a little overpriced if not booked in for B&B but it didn't bother us as lots of great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Highly highly recommend 👌

We had a lot of difficulty figuring out the lights. It seemed that there was either more lighting than what we wanted or no lighting at all. I also wished there was an iron in the room but there was only a steamer.

Location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. The room was comfortable, very modern and very clean. Staff was very helpful. We liked having a separate sitting room from the bedroom.

Nothing, everything perfect

We had been travelling for 4 months and this stay was up in the top places. We extended our stay in Lisbon and this was the 3rd place we stayed in. We should have stayed here the entire time! Champagne on arrival for check in (I had 2) and complimentary Portugese tarts! Were there and fresh all day. Staff could not be friendlier or happier. Room was a great size, had a sofa at the end of the bed, very comfortable bed. Sounds funny to mention, but the hallway to your room was wide, clean and felt nice.

-There is a construction in front of hotel. -Needs some maintenance on bathroom -No parking place and the parking neareast is 5-6 min walking distance is very very expensive I paid for a night 65 euro! -poor breakfast at that price level -very expensive hotel for that category

Excellent location. Near Rossio Square, near the water and in old Lisbon. Great restaurants as well. Though there is construction happening on the street right now.
