Room adjacent to the street a little bit noisy throughout the night. Not a deal breaker at all, but could have been a bit more soundproofed.

The shower head was too heavy so the wall mount was not able to hold it properly - just sharing my experience, as I believe that this is something that could easily be fixed.

Bar wasn't opened the whole time off our visit. No lights on the balcony. The shower floor was very slippery and a bit dangerous.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and tidy with everything you need in a hotel room .

Location isn't so remote. There are couple of subway options nearby. Also the connection from the airport is very convenient. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and cozy rooms and bathrooms.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is in a great neighborhood, far away from noise and lots of tourists but still a lot of things to do. Near to metro station and buses. There are also a lot of places to have breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast needs more and better options. The room has no hot water kettle or a fridge. The channels on the tv in English are minimal...almost nothing.

I loved that there was a supermarket just across the road. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. There is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants around. The room is well decorated, clean and feels cozy and the staff were respectful and helpful.

PROS Grocery across Clean Nice quiet neighorhood Not gritty as other neighborhoods metro - 5 minute walk Bus stops - bus stops to lisboa must see attractions Helpful and nice receptionists - the room that was initially offered was on the lower floor, inner side. I opted for the room with a balcony, though i didn’t get to enjoy it so much because of the rain Big toilet Easily reachable via metro from the airport. Saldanha stop. Though it is cheap and worth the money to bolt (app) rather than lug around luggages and figuring out where the elevators are.

The only thing we could use was some shelf in the bathroom or a bit more storage in the room, but we have managed without it anyway and it was not a big issue at all. Also, if you use room service just an advice - check if you got what you ordered while the delivery guy is still there. There where plenty more examples of positive things in this Hotel, and these two "negative" are the only things I could think of if I had to find at least some things I did not like.

Things you see online tend to be different when you come in person, but this was not the case with Exe Saldanha. Everything you see online is the same you will see when you check in. The hotel is very clean and the staff is polite and helpful. The location is probably the best possible especially if you are coming from the airport. The red metro line takes you all the way to the hotel and the remaining 3 lines intersect also there - so every part of Lisbon is a few minutes away.
