The bathroom is really small. The shower is small, too, and it was quite difficult to switch the shower jet so as to use the shower phone. There are no shelves to put things on and there is only a small cabinet which is already full with first-aid kit and hair-dryer.

Great location, the apartment is very well furnished and provided with everything you may need, including hair-dryer, iron, moka for the coffee (which is very much appreciated by Italians!!). The bed is comfortable, even if it's queen-size, which is a little small for italian standards, but we knew it in advance, so no surprise. Perfect heating/air-conditioning system. Very clean.

Not very convenient shower

The cleaning in the shower needs to improve. When the door of the shower is closed then it is visible that it hasn't been cleaned on the inside. There was no hanger for the jackets in the entrance, no practical.

The location is awesome. There are shops and mini markets close by. The kitchen was functional. We never met the staff, but they answered quickly when needed.

collection of key so far away from apartment is a drag when getting off a flight and if you have a bags … it’s a nightmare .. maybe a drop box be better … wi-fi didn’t exist. never available on any device ! pain when needed to work.

The size and the condition of the bathroom. The bathroom needs renovation, as now it does not comply to the condition of the apartment, which was perfect.

The apartment is perfect, situated in the heart of Lisbon, close to all attractions, restaurants, bars and cafes. It is very well furnished, quite and comfortable. Though the key pick-up is from another place, it is well organized and easy.

Shower door was broken and almost fell on me while I was showering. There could also be a little bit more kitchen tools. Palce to pick up keys was a bit far from the apartment.

The bathroom was very small and while everything was well cleaned, there were some traces of mold in the corners of the shower. Since the appartment is on a street with restaurants, you hear some noise from outside, especially if you open the window. The street went mostly quiet around 23:00 in the evening.

Beautiful appartment situated very centrally, only a few minutes from praça do comércio. Well equiped with elevator, air conditioning, fans, a kitchen with a big fridge, oven, toaster. There’s fresh bedding and towels. You have to pick up the key at a different location but it went very smoothly and the staff was friendly and helpful.

bathroom cleaness

Very convenient location, a lot of restaurants and very busy street. Nice renovated building with new elevator. Good size apartment with very small bathroom. Hard to move in shower cabin because the size. Need a little bit more attention from the cleaners. Otherwise comfy and nice. Well equipped.

- appartment is in need of some serious maintenance (window handle is broken, toilet paper rack & shampoo rack are broken and can’t be used) - the bathroom is extremely small, you don’t even have space to properly stand in front of the sink - there were only 2 small shower gel pouches which were not practical to use and there was no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and also no capsules for the washing machine so it was useless.

- location is amazing - fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, big fridge and even a washing machine - nice 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed - there’s an elevator - we had to pick-up the keys in another location but it was only a w 1 min walk from the appartment

the space of the bathroom was small, and not friendly to people with long hair if they want to wash their hair. also, the showerhead was too old to control. then, the kettle was almost broken.

the location of the hotel was good, and it was easy to find the metro or bus. Moreover, the downstairs of the hotel had many restaurants, grocery stores and bars.

If I had to pick a downside the key collection was a 30 minutes walk from the apartment, other wise fantastic!

The apartment was in a fantastic location, close to beautiful restaurants, had all facilities we required -cooking facilities, electronic devices, thermostat etc.

We go there late at night and we noticed that there were no washing liquids, or sampoo or soap. All the shops were closed and we couldn't have a shower. For this value you would assume that they can afford to provide this to customers ...

The location is absolutely perfect, plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Very quiet at night and very comfy bed.

My plane was delayed, I arrived late in the night, I was tired and I couldn't find my room because it was not mentioned on the keychain, the receptionist didn't tell me which is it and I couldn't contact anyone from the property at that hour. I had to go back to the reception, but luckily it was only a few minutes away.

Spacious room with modern furniture and all the amenities necessary for spending a longer time in Lisbon. Excellent location, close to the city center and public transportation. Convenient check-in at any hour.

Could be better instructions for appliances. Lack of some items in kitchen (eg. only 1 large coffee cup). Not much counter space in kitchen. Very small bathroom.

Key pick up was efficient, we walked from pick up location to apartment (20 minutes). Location was perfect and relatively quiet at night. Lots of storage in bedroom. Modern elevator.

The shower was broken as well as the windows. Someone was supposed to come by to check but did not. Also the entrance to the property is faulty and I couldn’t exit the building until someone else arrived and opened it from outside.

Property is located right at the heart of Lisbon, very good location but also quiet thanks to shutters.

Nice location, silent neighborhood. The restaurant and supermarket are just a few min walk. Nice and warm, bed is ok.

Elevator was broken for half of stay. Water faucet in shower was not working, supposedly fixed it but was not fixed. Trash bin in building was full of days old disgusting trash.
