This apartment is perfect for a stay by the beach! The apartment contains everything you would ever need for a holiday including beach parasols and buckets and spades. We travelled with a small child and having the travel cot and highchair was really appreciated. Really nice terrace space that has the full afternoon sun. It’s a good location with a short walk to the beach and easily walk able into Alvor centre either via the roads or via the beach boardwalk. Would highly recommend!

Got dropped off by taxi quite a way from accommodation, he thought it was correct by he's satnav, no one we asked recognised the address, we showed the printed address which was given to us. 2 hours and a lot of walking later we found it. Complex needs a bit of a paint job!

The only issue was the parking area looks a little un cared for but I know that is not to do with the hosts more of a heads up for guests. The apartment itself is lovely so don't let this put you off.

Really handy location for us as we were going to a wedding in a nearby hotel. The Ubers are plentiful so transport into town was always easy and the longest we had to wait was 13 mins from ordering. The apartment itself is lovely and very comfortable. We did not use the sofa bed or the pool so can't comment on that. There is a little shop just a few minutes walk away so it is easy to get supplies. The owners were extremely helpful available via WhatsApp for any questions etc. It was perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed here for 3 nights. From self check in to self check out everything was perfect. The apartment is very well laid out and has everything you need. Cosy and homely. We loved the state of the art shower and the long terrace was so welcoming after a long day on the beach or exploring lovely Alvor. I highly recommend this apartment. It is about a 15 minute brisk walk to the town and there are also lovely restaurants on the boardwalk fir lunch or dinner just a 5-10 minute walk away. Our host Maria is very professional and her directions and helpful information were all excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alvor.The apartment was modern, bright and really clean. Excellent location-5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes into Alvor. The apartment was well stocked with a nespresso machine and a lovely bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice touch. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we contacted her. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The shower overflowing with poor drainage system with pools of water on floor.

The appartment was very nice. It was clean and welcoming. Maria had put in a bottle of wine which was a nice touch but sadly I don't drink so left it for the next guest. There was excellent communication with Maria. The only negative which I noticed had been left in another review is that the shower constantly overflows and end up with pools of water on the floor. It needs a better drainage system but overall a good experience.

Everything was perfect. I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

The property was excellent, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for short walk to beach and local restaurants. With this property we had no requirement for car hire, saving a lot of money for spending in the lovely restaurants in the area. At night there were plenty of Taxis in the town for a 4€ trip home.

This is very minor, but we wished we had extra pillows and a blender. Otherwise everything was excellent.

We liked the apartment!! The Location is wonderful and the host was excellent. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The Terrace is nice and Pool also. Definitely worth the price. Oh and Thank you for the complimentary wine 🍷

The bathroom was constantly flooded after we showered and left a puddle in the middle of the floor almost constantly so we had to wade through it everyday. Could do with a better drainer system.

The apartment is lovely and met all of our expectations. The host is very helpful. have everything you need there and more I would definitely stay here again. The hosts left us a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a nice gesture.

15 to 20 minute walk into Alvor, but that wasn't an issue really. It was the only thing I could think of as a slight negative.

Nothing really, maybe just a little far from the bigger supermarkets.

The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It's very close to the beach and boardwalks which we loved. The host was really nice and communication was excellent.
