The place exceed our expectations, so small issues didn’t matter.

Location is within a short walk to the best Tomar sights and restaurants, free parking nearby. Modern kitchen appliances, quality bed, visible attention to details of the interior of this cozy apartment. Our booking had no breakfast option, but we were provided with a complimentary breakfast awaiting us in a kitchen. Instant communication through WhatsApp. A great host company.

My husband has a bad leg, so 2nd floor was not ideal but manageable. We would have liked a frying pan, but otherwise the amenities were very good.

The real downside for this apartment is that it can definitely feel on the small side for a family of four, specially the dinning/living room.

Some miscommunications during the booking/ confirmation stage but these got sorted out before arrival at the apartment.

The apartment is in excellent condition, incl. a dishwasher and washing machine. The rooms had aircon so we could keep the windows closed at night blocking out the bright street light. The apartment is well equipped with a great kitchen, sewing equipment, and first-aid kit. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Comfortable apartment in excellent location, walkable to popular dining and shopping area and historic sites in Tomar. Staff communication was excellent and check-in/-out processes were clearly explained. Clothes washing machine in the kitchen was a real plus.

They had a lot of sundries in the kitchen area for cooking as well as a breakfast for us that wasn't advertised but was a surprise gift which was so lovely. The communications via text from Miguel were incredibly kind and helpful and very responsive. The washing machine broke while we were there and locked our clothes in it. Miguel was very responsive and had someone out there fixing it the next morning.

A little dark at nights, perhaps - an extra free-standing light or two would make it ideal.

A really sweet and comfortable little flat, very conveniently located in central Tomar. You’re right there for all the restaurants and bars if you want them, but it’s also very quiet. Also highly secure. We were greeted with a bag of fresh bread and the fridge was stocked with milk, orange juice and yoghurt, which made us feel very welcome.

Shower cubicle was very tiny. A big person would have difficulty in this tiny space.

Hosts able to meet us for early arrival and apartment was available on arrival. Complimentary pack provided on arrival was excellent and most useful. Keep that practice going!
