The heated pool, spa, breakfast, and dinner were all excellent. The location was great to travel around the island. Set in beautiful landscaped area. Nice to walk around from the hotel. Staff was always very pleasant.

Everything was extraordinary from the very beginning. They propose 2 options of breakfast: 7-11 exceptionnel buffet which variety hard to explain and the 2nd option is continental breakfast all day long and the choice is up to your plans every day. Swimming pools, sauna, hammam are incredible and with out access limit. The pay real attention to the environment, no plastic.

Maybe it will look like there are lots of things, but this feedback is more for the Hotel. Again, for 2-3 nights, you don't have to worry. Staying there for 6 nights you will begin to see what is good and what is not so good. Basically, you cannot have lunch there. There is almost nothing that you can eat. The pizza feels like it's frozen pizza. The soup - is the only thing that I've found to be good. Dinner - sometimes, the food is as it should be, but sometimes... it is not great at all. Ordered same dish - 2 different nights. 1st time it was amazing. 2nd time - just the meat was good, but the garnish (risotto) was not great at all. I could have done it better. Ordered a salad - and for some unknown reason - some ingredients were missing (as per menu). They won't tell you that (maybe) they don't have that ingredient anymore. And maybe you would like to choose something else. They just serve the dish. It's frustrating. Ordered a stake - it was cold. How it was possible? No idea.

Pool - thermal ~40 C - it's a pleasure to stay indoor/outdoor pool. Breakfast - amazing, if you'll stay 2-3 nights. Location - atmosphere, quality of the air, quiet place. Everything is green, clean, in one word - beautiful! Rooms - are fine, nothing exquisite, but comfortable and clean. The view depends on which side of the building you're staying. I've stayed on both sides and personally, I prefer the one without the view to the park. The Bar - 5*. The staff there - amazing! The Hotel staff - 4.5*. SPA staff - 5*. Always smiling, good vibe. Cleaning ladies - 5*. Thank you!

The outdoor dining area has a residual mildew/mold/damp smell that bothered me, so we ended up eating inside of all of our meals.

This hotel is our "Happy Place." From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by NAME! And a little drink, that helped ease our issues with cancelled flights! The rooms are lovely, the spa is amazing. The food is local and great. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The pools are phenomenal and one of the main reasons we stayed here [our second time.] Furnas is a beautiful place to visit. Breakfast is a wonderful selection of local items.

The hotel is close to the road so you do hear some road traffic from the room. But that being said, I'd absolutely stay again!

The dining room is beautiful, and the breakfast is incredible! This is an old hotel that has been beautifully renovated. The new decor is trendy and fun. The pool and spa facilities are well-kept and have a very cool look and feel.

Unfortunately the Turkish bath was under maintenance during our stay, so that was a bit disappointing. Everything else was awesome though. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choices, very attentive staff. Great location, beautiful setting.

Octant were aware of wear and tear issues in the building so are renovating it to maintain its high standards. We would agree that this work is essential from our experience.

The thermal pools were excellent, it was great to have a mix of different temperatures and indoor and outdoor pools. Amazing to have with the changing weather! It was a peaceful location, in particular swimming in the outdoor pool amongst luscious green hills! The staff were incredible, they really went above and beyond to make our stay for our honeymoon special. We would definitely return to Octant Furnas!

The air conditioning in the room is very noisy and has a blue light when it is on that bothers you to sleep. They should look at it. The restaurant is too expensive and the wines especially for what you are receiving. I have no problem paying but if it’s top quality. The bar should be open until later.

We liked the outdoor heated pool, the hotel in general and the staff. LOVED the breakfast. The experience in general was nice.

Great hotel with a cozy spa, friendly staff, and amazing location. Perfect place to stay if you want to explore different parts of the island by car and relax in spa afterwards.

No power socket in the bathroom No shelf to put own amenities and hang wet swimsuits in the shower Christmas dinner and lunch were disappointing - most starters were cold, main chicken and fish were too dry but some desert were very good
