The staff was very polite, pleasant and always willing to help. Room cleanliness and atmosphere was ten out of ten. Good location at a walking distance to all main sights and city center.

Stayed over New Years - was not allowed access to the bar that evening unless purchasing their private dinner. For the price of the hotel, wish basic bar service had still been available.

I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

Hotel was better than we hoped. Staff were so helpful and friendly, and our room was ready when we arrived which was earlier than the check in times. Breakfast had so much choice and was excellent. The spa had beautiful areas to relax/swim in. There was seating in the garden which we used for a drink in the sun. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Bed was comfy, the tv was hidden in a mirror, even the hairdryer was one of the most powerful I've used in a hotel. I have already told friends who are going to book here when they go to Porto.

Only criticism is the hot food at breakfast was cold ( scrambled egg, bacon sausage mushrooms beans, pancakes waffles) it's in silver lidded server's but all cold with no heat source to it. Ended up having continental every day, a little unorganised when busy, left to your own devices, no one explains about hot drinks etc.

Beautiful decor, staff were exceptional, really lovely feel to the whe place. Room was first class, very clean, evening meal was amazing, extra touches of chef introducing himself, service impeccable nothing was to much.

The best hotel we have stayed in EVER. Beautiful public areas and lovely room and bathroom. The spa and pool were immaculate and perfect. The staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds very comfy with quality bedding. The breakfast was yummy. We will definitely be back. Location was great and we found it quiet at night.

Perfect location, close by all shops and cafes and restaurants. The staff is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The sightseeing bus stops right in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
