There was no outside table just 4 chairs, there was no staff on the premises if you had a problem they were at an office at another site, so if you did want to rent beach towels that day or needed and iron it was the next day before you could get this. Also a lack of sockets one socket in the kitchen to share toaster and kettle and one in the living room. There was also a bar and restaurant/cafe but didn’t open till 6:30pm would maybe have been nice to see it open earlier for drinks at the pool.

The property had good sized bedrooms and spacious enough for 4 people max, it was also very secure.

Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the host offered to change the apartment , but with a similar sofa bed. So we opted to stay in our apartment.

Personally we felt it was a bit far from the action, and required ubers/buses to visit the main town or bars or other hotels that had entertainment for the children,however we were aware of this before travel, but not knowing the area beforehand we didn't realise how much walking we needed to do to access some evening entertainment. No shop on site which was a shame when the kids wanted a bottle of water or a snack at lunchtime, a small pool bar selling drinks and possibly snacks, would make this complex somewhere we could have stayed all day without having to keep returning to the apartment or heading off site. A very safe complex but no safe in the apartment, which would have been less of a worry if one had have been available. Beautiful restaurant attached to complex however, very pricey and no option apart from pizza for the children.

Fabulous pool, helpful staff who were prompt to sort out any issues. 10/15 minutes walk to several local restaurants/bars and large aldi. Bus stop close by, very clean public areas, walking distance to beautiful beach, roughly 15/20 min walk Apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed apart from a pair of scissors, which we found we needed several times. A Very homely, quiet apartment close to a small playpark, plenty of spare pillows and blankets,electric safety shutters for security. Air conditioning a HUGE bonus (bear in mind, only in the main bedroom and living area, no air con in 2nd bedroom, however if shutters are kept closed and air con is on in lounge/kitchen then room stayed cool anyway so no big problem)

-It needs to be clear that the aircon is only in the living room, and not in any of the actual bedrooms. For some in the group sleeping was uncomfortable as we went in the summer months, when it was warm. As we had to close the shutters to keep the light out, it would have been no use to open the windows to let air in. One of the rooms was furnished very sparsely, and would have benefited with a dresser next to the mirror. -The kitchen we felt could be better equipped, there were many basics missing, including table placemats for more than 2, a non-stick pan to make breakfast, a tin opener, grater and just general items. There were no cleaning products at all, but luckily we had brought washing up liquid and a sponge with us which not everyone would do for a shorter stay. Some of the kitchen units are also very high, it would be helpful to have a step ladder to reach these shelves. The microwave stopped working very quickly due to overheating, we had to wait for it to cool down to work again. There is only one socket in the kitchen, and so you have to wait to use each appliance, so take it in turns to use a kettle or a toaster! -For more privacy, a slight partition between the two outdoor seating areas for the connecting apartments would be good as they are right next to each other. - The parking spaces are very tight, and if you need to reverse your car in, takes a lot of effort because the pillars get in the way of the doors when opening. - The stone steps from the kitchen to the living room is dangerous and needs something to make it obvious when walking, One person tripped and nearly fell quite badly. - Would be good to have locks on the toilet/shower doors.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. The rooms are large, with a nice living room, and dining area. It was convenient to have two toilets. The pool was nearby, clean and easy to access, the garden area is also a good size. The staff were very friendly at the reception.

no reception .. we never saw reception staff the whole time we were there... we called the number provided which was very hit and miss. when we did get on it was good. we initially wanted to extend another day but could not see anyone in reception. the wifi was functionally useless.. little bit putoff after we booked when we got a message saying we owed for an extra fee.. it seemed like a put on for the unwary and quickly disappeared when we said we were referring it onto bookings.com

Advertised as air conditioned but only one old aircon unit in the living room nothing in the bedrooms. Cleaner took some expensive jackets that we left and went back for as we moved to a different apartment but then denied it.

The fact that the weather was super hot and they advertised the property with AC and we rented 3 apartments. 1 was with ac broken (no fans) 2 one with ac only in the room the rest of the apartment was hot and again no fans and the 3rd and biggest apartment had 1 ac in the living room and the 2 rooms didn't have ac nor fans it was impossible to sleep in those rooms. We have to move mattresses from 1 apartment to another at midnight, Finally after 2 days they fix the ac but no apologies from anyone from the property, we made the complaint and they didn't even give us money back (we paid 3 apartments but had to move from The one without ac since we were travelling with kids and with health conditions. Honestly the answer from the property wasn't right from my point of view because their only answer was things happens and ohh we had fans but we gave it away to people who checked in before you. Finally when the ac was fix they left a mess in the apartment, wires thrown on the floor, the lamp was also thrown on the floor, rest of dust from drilling on the walls, nobody cleaned after they repair the ac, honestly a terrible service. Not even a note, or something to make up for all the experience.
