The stairs could painted to help people with vision imparities. . Did not have any cutlery available, the bathtub was unclean with stains, there was a strange smell that sometimes came from the bathroom.

I loved the facilities, three swimming pools, beach volleyball court, basket and bars. The location is near the beach by a free boat for guests and a temp minute walk through the sand diunes. The staff was helpful and there is SPAR supermarket at a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Comfy beds, reasonable quiet rooms. Excellent Wi-Fi in the rooms a plus.

The property as expected from the reviews was very dated and slightly unclean from the naked eye but it seemed ok on a first glance. However we ate in the buffet restaurant the first night and in the morning I woke up severely unwell i proceeded to vomit all day and have severe cramps, the water in the taps in the room and shower looked dirty and unclean and I’m not sure where I contracted this from but it was definitely from my stay. We checked out and did not stay the second night as i went to get medical attention and then went home. When i have sent a message to them regarding what had happened and asked if I could be reimbursed for the night we did not stay. I was mocked and told no one else has ‘food poisoning’, therefore I would not reccomend to stay here. As not only can you become severely unwell and ruin your holiday you are then met with rude comments.

On our first night we were put on the most excruciatingly smelly room I’ve ever been to. We arrived late, 9pm, with a baby so I decided to only complain the next day but I couldn’t even sleep because the room was so smelly. After I complained, the next morning, they gave us another room but that meant I had to pack everything up and move to another place which took a lot from the experience. We were there for a weekend break so we wasted a lot of time with this. I think they know they have that problem in the bedroom yet they still give it to people. I think it’s room 235 so be aware! We asked for late checkout and they said we could stay only until 11am, so they made no real accommodations for the fact that we lost time having to move rooms etc.

The location and the people. Most people working at the hotel were really nice and friendly. The kids club and people working there are awesome!

Everything about the place but the main thing is the staff. I an writing to express my disappartment and dissatisfaction with the service and accomodations prouded duing my recent stay at your hotel with my family. I had high expectations for a comfortable and pleasant Stay, but unfortunatey, our experience fell far shart of these expectations. upon our arrival, we did not feel welcomed by the staff. the intiat impression of our roon was affaling. The room was disty, untidy and looked like it had barly been cleaned atler the previous guests. This is not the standard I expected. We encountered issues with the hot water Modelo n.° 1898 (Exclusivo da INCM, S. suffy in our room. when we arreached the front desk, the staff member, one Of the females, was not Only unhelpful but also quite rude. She informed us that the hot water could Only be used for 2mhutes and 46 seconds per Person, per hour. This restriction is absolutely unacertable, We pay for a hotel serve and should have the basic right to have a proper shaver. After much persistence, asking them again and again, the manager told us he could not do anything to resdue it today. Instead of offering a sabusfadory soulion, when we refused to slay he sike to the head of the notel we were relocated to a block that was a lo-minute walk away from the hotel this was inconvertent and unensested, essecially considering that there was no teleshone proidel in the roams. In case of an emergeny or any Oler issue , we would have been left Modelo n.° 1898 (Exclusivo da INCM, S. A.) willoul a means to contact the holet statf, wich is completely unaccertable. Adicionally, the havekeeing service duing our stay was below par. Our roam wasnot cleaned tor the fist five days of our stay. Only after requesting the cleaner on the last day did we receive any cleaning service or fresh bed, With the contrary to the service promised by your hotel. Didn’t have hot water for a shower on the first day and was told that you get 15ltrs of hot water until it heats up again so was enough for me and my wife to shower.

While I know we booked a cheaper accommodation, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and under the kitchen sink. I was surprised they didn't rent beach towels if they didn't want people to use the towels from the room.

My only gripe was that we had a problem with the toilet continuously flushing that we reported a few times but wasn’t fixed during our 6 night stay so we were unable to use it. My husband turned the water off to save water. Thankfully we had a second toilet so it was fine.

Limited food choices, coffee machine not working, very basic room, had to pay for gym, spa facilities not brilliant, some staff were quite rude (some were really nice).

Nice beach, the town was really cute, overall good value for money. Lovely swimming pool and view from our balcony. We went out of season so it was super quiet which we liked but needed to hire a car to go out and see things as not much going on at the hotel itself.

No towels for the indoor (or outdoor) pool was made available. We had to have a lengthy 'debate' with reception for some towels which were eventually provided (for collection). Sadly the lady at the indoor pool reception was less than helpful or pleasant. No soap in the showers either. The indoor pool as an alarming amount of black mould on the ceiling, but the pool was good as was the hot tub. Steam room (in the changing area) was great, but the sauna was very cold at 55 degrees C. Noise: We were right at the end with the other hotel. Their music was very loud but ended at 11pm (fairly acceptable). Food: The the price it was fair, always two main course options. If you'd stayed for a week, breakfast choices would become a bit tedious.

Our kids enjoyed kid's club activities (included in the price). We also enjoy the 'Fire Nation" show. The location is lovely. Our room was clean. Free boat ferry to the beach.

The rooms had 0 conditions, were very dirty, dead bugs on the pillow cases, broken and unexisting doors, walls covered in footprints, bathroom always smelled of urine, spider webs everywhere, second room we got had to be us cleaning it (there was sand, hairs, crumbles and overall dirt as soon as we first entered the room), construction work on the upper floor, constant noise from construction, crying babys, children running through the hallways, music from the shows, it was just impossible to rest. If you're over 1.80m don't expect to have a bed that fits you. The meals were weak, in just a week they repeated meals several times, always chicken. We caught the employs speaking poorly of the guest "guest are always complaining, it's either the ac that doesn't work...". The justification that was given to us for the dirty rooms was that we had chosen a "more economic room" which wasn't true since we didn't even had the option of choosing a better room when we did the reservation (we were only able to chose the meal plan). We will not come back, it was impossible to rest, and to enjoy the pool since there were children everywhere scream and jumping around. Wouldn't come back even if they paid me too.

My two children are aged 15trs and 1yr old. Children at the complex are considered to be from from 1yrs to 12yrs, any child 13-18yrs you will need to pay adult price. We found the out after the Booking.com recommended room for my selection of 2 adults and 2 children resulted in a room for 2 adults and 1 child believing that my 1yr old wasn’t charged. After paying online and attending the complex, we were informed we had to pay a further amount (adult cost per day) for my 15yr old. The first allocated room had damp, smelt of humidity and was next to a dusty building site. After complaining, we was given an alternative room. Even though the quality of food was good, the selection of food for full board wasn’t great. There were alternating days for bacon and scrambled egg with small hotdog sausages and boiled eggs, rather than a selection of all them for each day. The desert and fruit selection was poor too.

The room was old, smelling mould. The food was cheap (thankfully we didn't go for all inclusive and only got breakfast which had poor fruit options and old bread). The entertainment was not child friendly- only 4-12 and the shows were too late for the little ones (21:30 but always delayed and starting even later).
