United StatesRooms comfortable, great bed and bathroom. A little more lighting and a picture or two on the wall representing the beautiful surroundings would make it cosier. Keeping up with the paint on the balcony would be good and feel that the property is being well maintained. Noticed some areas that the paint was chipping and needs to be fixed.

The breakfast was very good and the ambience quite agreeable. Unfortunately the ding room was closed the rest of the day during our stay.

United StatesNo in-hotel dining options except for breakfast during our stay. This appears to be due to shortage of staff on island during the period we were there. Hotel was clean and safe but some deferred maintenance was visible.
Breakfast was good local mostly local food. Staff was courteous. Room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. Views are also excellent.

United StatesWe chose that hotel because they advertised a quality restaurant on site. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay and thus made our whole plans fall short. The bar tender...if you want to even call it a bar...was unable to make any cocktails. We were forced to drink beers or wine.

BermudaThe only thing I saw that could have been better, that we had stayed in Graciosa and Inatel longer. Our visit was short, but memorable. In 2024 we are planning to return for a longer visit, and enjoy the many amenities that Inatel has to offer. Well Done!
The staff at the Inatel were very professional. Offering suggestions on where to eat and how to best get around. As we did not speak Portuguese, everyone spoke English and assisted us with the many questions we had. We were told of a taxi who would take us on a tour, as we wanted to experience and see the island of Graciosa. What spectacular views and the driver Sonia was so knowledgeable about the many sights and sounds we heard. Our room was spotless, and although there were four of us, they enough linens and pillows for us to sleep on. The Breakfast was more than adequate, in fact it was our favourite. The variety of fruits, cereals, juices and not to mention the coffee. Wow! we had so much to choose from. The cheese and bread was exactly how it was previously described to us. I must also mention that the two waitresses performed their duties with pride and most important a smile. As we had travelled from Bermuda, they like others were curious as to which country we came from. How pleasant the ladies were and very kind. I will admit, that our children enjoyed the pool, and us as adults, loved the views, animals and the broad walk. Inatel management had taken great lengths to see that our stay was enjoyable and without incident. Thank you ! and well done Inatel, I will be recommending this hotel to our family and friends. PortugalThe only downside was outside of the purview of hotel staff: every morning, the balcony was littered with bird poop, who seem to nest nearby. It was cleaned thoroughly every day, but it was awkward to use in the morning without tracking the stuff inside. This was a minor gripe at best.
Perfect location, calm and spacious, meets all your needs. Close to the center and various natural swimming pools: the walk into town is charming and takes about 15 minutes. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We didn’t try the pool but the area was spacious and seemed comfortable.
