No cushions on the pool loungers. Would have liked a balcony, but it wasn't a requirement.

It was our seventh visit in 12 years and everything was either as expected or even better.. That is why we keep returning.

The breakfast was wonderful, however we seemed to have the "wrong" table. After being seated, we did not get asked what we wanted to drink with our breakfast, so after waiting 20 minutes we managed to ask someone. Then we ordered eggs, and they were forgotten. So waited a ong time, then had to ask again. The same happened with a second drink. All other tables seemed to be looked after very well.

The room was a great size, especially as we were travelling as 3 adults, myself, my mum and my adult son. The bathroom was also great as it had a seperate bath and shower, and seperate cubible for the toilet. The balcony was wonderful with an amazing view. The staff were all very friendly from the moment we arrived until we left.

This is one of the best hotels! Lovely rooms, great ocean view, delicious breakfast with lots of choice. But the most important asset of the hotel is their staff, who are always in a good mood and always ready to resolve any issues. I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely views from my room and the hotel terrace. Thalassa Spa was healing. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Yummy cocktails. Very comfortable bed. Would come again!

Nothing to criticise here. But it will be good if they can find ecologically sound means of heating their outdoor pool in the winter season.

Spacious and VERY comfortable room with sea view terrace,everything you could wish for. Lovely hotel,great staff. Nice people. Excellent breakfasts, good terrace bar with food,and an Italian restaurant Belvedere of exceptional quality that should be marketed more widely to visitors to Cascais, not just hotel guests. Spa is a nice extra touch.

Carpet was a little old and stained in the room and the windows were dirty - the windows, however, were cleaned promptly when we requested. One other little quibble - the coffee was a little cold and tasteless at breakfast.

Brilliant location, very friendly and helpful staff. The parking of the car was a lovely touch, as was the port wine and edible treats that were delivered to our room. Beautiful interior of hotel and very wide range of choice for breakfast. Room was spacious, bed was very large and comfy, balcony was a great place to sit and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.

My request for the room to be closer together was not met and had to pay extra to get an upgrade and get a room with a better view

In my opinion, the indoor pool + sauna should be included for hotel guests. We had to pay 20€ each for 1 hour using these services.

Absolutely nothing.

Stunning and luxurious 5-star experience. Dined in all 3 restaurants which were excellent but special mention to the Belvedere which was an authentic and delicious Italian meal. Lovely room with comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and super pool/sea views from balcony. My wife said the spa experience was one of the best ever - especially the thalassotherapy. Above all this the staff and service was impeccable. Incredibly polite and friendly without exception. A special shout out to the front desk and John the concierge who was charming and helpful from the moment we arrived.

Electrical connections need upgrading to XXI century. Not enough plug points and no USB points, so it is difficult to power iPhones, iPads .

Cleanliness in room not in line with the expectations of such a nice hotel; hair in bath and shower, some loose dirt on carpets in room.

Excellent location, easy parking outside (though not very busy, as it was November) and delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Staff generally friendly and polite.
