Common spaces too small, not enough chairs/tables, not stylish, food smell from the kitchen, people talking too loud on common space or singing to background music.

Inexpensive, clean kitchen most of the times, comfortable, clean bathrooms, warm water.

Since the bunk beds are a bit more of a cheap quality, everytime someone moves you feel it. But I feel like its just a problem in the guests and not in the hostel. If there would be something to change, it would be the beds to make them a bit tougher and a bit more accessable if you get a top bunk.

First of all I had wonderful time there and met so many cool people all around the world. Everything seemed clean / bathroom for each room / breakfast was good and enough. Altought the location might seem a bit far off the centre, its insanely cheap to get bolt all around Bilbao that it doesnt even matter. If you dont like spending for bolt, you get to the centre in 20 minutes by walking (nice riverside walk). With that, it was super quiet during the nights (if I count the street).

Kitchen area was so small. We did laundry and took us a lot of hours, because the dryer didn't work properly.

Breakfast included was nice, the staff was really nice and friendly and the location was the most value to us.

The bathrooms smelt damp and dingy but showers worked very well. Bathroom could have been kept a little more tidy, regular cleans would have been nice. Confusion regarding whether bed linen was used or not. People sleeping in your assigned bed.

The beds were comfy, clean. The view awesome. The layout of dorm was nice and bathroom, modern and nice. Breakfast plain, enough to satisfy.

Nothing important. Maybe the height of the bunk bed could be higher, to sit on the lower bed more comfortably.

Good hostel. The staff was very thoughtful. I liked very much the reception opened until late in the night, it is very convenient. The mattresses and linen are comfortable. The location is good. The disposition of the beds in the room is good.

In my opinion there were too many beds in the room (booked a 8 bed female room). The first upper bunk bed when you entered the room was just behind the door. I didn't like that the door to the room couldn't be locked. So anybody could have walked in there at anytime. It was a struggle to get up on the bed since it wasn't very stable. Private bathroom was ok, a few more hooks here and there for towels and clothes would be nice.

The location was really good to explore the city and the breakfast was nice with a good choice from everything.

No wi-fi in the female only dorm (3rd floor) throughout the entire 3-night stay, only available at the reception area.

the location is great, the rooms and bathrooms are super clean, great showers as well!! Word of warning to light sleepers: I was in the female only dorm, which is next to the street and it is super noisy at night. The double windows do a good job, but if sharing with others, some may prefer to leave the windows open. So bring ear plugs. FYI: need to provide a 5EUR deposit for keys very close to great restaurants, and an awesome bike rental place - Biclas & Triclas
